As far as I'm concerned, it was a 5-star lunch!
Authentic Sicilian cuisine (not the usual fakes) and top-notch staff!
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly experience the flavors of Sicily without manipulation.

I'm taking one star off only for the reasons below. Otherwise, the food is good and the staff are friendly. Not always attentive, though. Definitely not worthy of a 5-star rating.
-Update the menu to Qcode. And then, let's go back to the classic menu. I may be old-fashioned, but if you want to run a trattoria-style restaurant, keep the old tradition. Digital menus usually only work halfway (as happened to me this evening).
-Another tip: if you charge for meat by weight... it's good practice to show the piece of meat weighed on a scale, not to say it out loud.
Quality and price are right!

Booked on thfork, on the recommendation of friends. A pleasant surprise! The restaurant, very cute, offers a menu with only a few dishes, but all very tasty. We tried the caponata and eggplant parmigiana, both mouth-watering. The heifer steak was good, and the pork rolls with pistachios were delicious. The side dishes of potatoes and chard with stringy caciocavallo cheese were excellent. The service girls were excellent: fast and courteous! I would go back.

The place is small but welcoming. The tables are a bit crowded together, but given the moderate size of the place, it makes a virtue of necessity.
The meat is good quality—not exceptional, but good! Considering the menu is quite limited, more could be done with the preparation and plating.
The dining room layout leaves a bit to be desired, and I must say that the "Southern warmth" doesn't really shine through.
That said, I definitely recommend trying it at least once because it's worth it... Then you can decide whether or not to return!

Had our Christmas lunch here and it was amazing. Serving is a lot and the flavors are very delicious. This restaurant brought us to Sicilia for a couple of hours and it really made our celebration very happy. We will surely visit again to eat here. 😊
