Very nice hotel that offers room service with a robot! Clean and luxurious room. Unfortunately, the shower head fell off when we took a shower. The hotel is very well located near shops and close to Verona.

It was a very short stay, but we appreciated the tranquility of the place and the courtesy of the staff. The room is spacious and clean, but some things could definitely be improved. The carpet in the hallway should be removed. The gym is nice. The water dispenser at the entrance is also a nice idea.

We stayed there for a weekend for a wedding. A beautiful property, very well organized, with tidy and clean rooms! The breakfast buffet was truly extensive and delicious!

My stay there was very good in the sense of location and the quality of the room cleanliness and very modern applicances. However I needed to iron clothing for my stay and there were no irons, ironing boards or clothes streamers. Which is why I gave the service a 3 star. I think they should have both and maybe not in every room but available upon request.

The staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are truly comfortable and welcoming (only one had a mattress that left a little to be desired). Parking and an excellent breakfast complete the package.
