Very good 4 star Monte Rosa hotel in Chiavari. Very good location in town, close to restaurants and small shops. Also close to the sea. Secure underground parking. Hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and shower. Massage on request. Good restaurant in the hotel. Welcoming staff at your service. Very good breakfast with Italian products and others. The suites are beautiful and clean, air conditioning and a handy little fridge in the suite for summer vacations. I recommend this hotel for families, the hotel is calm and quiet. See you soon

Exceptionally good service and friendly staff! Nice rooms

A wonderful hotel in the city centre of Chiavari, perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, exceptional. right on the pedestrian zone and still quiet and relaxing, the pool area is incredible. Recommendation: reserve a place in good time at the private, very beautiful beach area Duna Beach, it is worth it, especially with children, but also for relaxation, very clean and pleasant. We will be back

Family-friendly hotel with a small pool. Very good location in the historic center of Chiavari and yet only 900m from the beach. Parking spaces are available in the hotel's own underground car park for a fee. Very friendly staff.

I don't think it's five star as advertised. I would say more of a "dated" four/three star because the atmosphere is a bit hold, only one lift, a small car park, the triple room is anything but superior (the third bed on the floor). The courteous staff.

Me and my family stayed in hotel Monte Rosa for five nights. First off, the location was perfect, with the beach and the shopping street just a walk away. Another good thing was the pool area. The sunbeds and the chill atmosphere makes it hard for you not to feel relaxed. The rooms were nothing special, but it was nothing to complain about. The breakfast was ok with everything you need, but nothing extraordinary. The only negative thing was the loud music playing during our first meal of the day. The staff was very friendly and polite, they made sure we had everything we needed. I would come back to hotel Monte Rosa if i have the opportunity in the future.

Overall I wasn't bad, even if in my opinion there are some things to improve, meanwhile the staff is super! Very available to give directions and suggestions, especially the ladies at the reception, all the restaurant staff are also very kind, the breakfast in the morning is very good, there is everything, and the dinner is also decent, the hotel has a swimming pool and gym and also a private garage which I recommend for those arriving by car, the excellent location allows you to leave the car and use trains or boats or scooters to get around. I didn't like the room, a 4 star hotel can't have doors like in the photo or wallpaper that comes off or a toilet tank that drips and doesn't let you sleep!

Nice little hotel right in the center. Parking is possible in your own parking garage, but at an additional cost. I would love to come back.

Location is the best and stuff is very helpful

Im Rahmen der Halbpension im Hotel waren wir an drei Abenden in diesem Restaurant - es war jeden Abend ein Erlebnis mit schmackhaften Gerichten und einem guten Service. Chefkoch Andra Calamari hat jeden Abend - mit Ausnahme des "Großen Menüs" - neue Gerichte vorbereitet, die gut miteinander harmoniert haben. Auch der Serviceleiter Luca hat - unterstützt durch zwei Azubis der Hotelfachschule - elegant serviert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
