Very good carbonara
A place to definitely try carbonara, which is definitely the signature dish.
The strapazzi, mini magnums of fried carbonara, are also very good.
The idea of having different types of carbonara is really great, allowing you to try more than one throughout the evening.
Good wine list. Friendly and courteous service.

Absolutely loved it and the best carbonara I ever had (both the classic and the 1954)! A must for anyone who enjoys an excellent service, a lovely setting and of course a memorable cuisine around eggs. Highly recommend!

I had carbonara at four different restaurants in Italy, but the bacon was always too strong, and I didn't really like it. I was keenly aware that Japanese carbonara has been adapted to suit Japanese tastes.
However, this carbonara was rich, with the bacon still being prominent, but the egg sauce still taking center stage, and it was very delicious.
I wish it were a little cheaper, but I liked it so much that I felt this was the perfect carbonara for me, so I'd like to return.

Prezzo elevato per alcuni piatti
Cibo molto particolare nel senso che ci sono piatti obiettivamente unici e che richiedono lavorazioni tecniche difficilmente replicabili
Ma un piatto di carbonara tradizionale per me è nel piatto dove posso rimestare e non in un barattolo dove non si può manovrare

Ci sono stato per pranzo, locale bello e con una fantastica atmosfera nei pressi di Trastevere. Cibo ottimo, e personale disponibile e gentile oltre che preparato. Carbonara ottima e Tiramisù a mio avviso il migliore mangiato a Roma.
