A very welcoming place located in Trastevere. The chef is an artist in handling eggs. The Gioco dell’ovo is highly recommended if you want to try one more delicious than the other. The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous.

I saw the place from social media and I didn't know if it was really as good as they say. We went there and it didn't disappoint me at all. We took 3 carbonaras: 1 classic, 1 with artichokes and one with truffle. The first 2 were very good, for the one with truffle in my opinion the flavor of the truffle was too strong, but they are tastes. I also had their version of tiramisu which was very good. Also generous portions (in the photo we had already started eating them), clean place and friendly waiters. Compliments

Really great restaurant. The research on eggs and the particular dishes that are offered is very interesting. Even though it's a little out of the way, I really recommend going there for all the versions of carbonara, the egg game and the desserts.

Sunday lunch. With some friends we chose this place to try something different and with pleasure our expectations were rewarded! Classic carbonara but served in a different way, special appetizers, tasty but really excellent and the dessert was a really nice discovery! Recommended I will return!

The quality of the food is excellent... the dishes are served in glass containers and presented like a spring painting... the courtesy and professionalism of the staff stands out for the attention paid to the customer. Which is fundamental for me as I am allergic to nickel... A stop that I recommend to anyone who wants to eat carbonara in a modern way.

Una OTTIMA CARBONARA
Una bella esperienza, abbiamo assaggiato tre deliziose carbonare differenti, ce ne sono 8/10 varianti.
Non ho apprezzato il servizio nel vasetto di vetro,Non ricrea la soddisfazione del piatto pur essendo porzioni più che abbondanti. (È possibile chiedere il servizio nel piatto più che nel vasetto)
Tiramisù non degno di nota, mi sarei aspettato un’eccellenza.
Suggerirei qualche prodotto più sgrassante, le stoviglie sanno un po’ troppo di uovo, comprensibilmente ma da evitare soprattutto sui bicchieri

Avevo sentito parlare di questo posto ed ero molto curioso di assaggiare le rivisitazioni della carbonara: l’esperienza ha superato le aspettative. Sono riusciti a toccare l’intoccabile, ovvero la ricetta della carbonara, senza stravolgere ma arricchendo. La carbonara con i porcini che ho mangiato era semplicemente fantastica. Ottimo anche l’antipasto dei tris di carbonara da passeggio! Qualcuno al mio tavolo ha preso anche il maritozzo che ha trovato eccellente. Opzioni, senza glutine, accoglienza cordiale e conto correttissimo. Per questo locale è il massimo!
