Great experience, good food, tried the interesting egg route, then the gnocchi and the Tiramisu, good but not sensational, instead those who tried the carbonara (classic and truffle) were fully satisfied.

If you love eggs, this is the place for you.
If you don't, this place will give you the opportunity to start doing so.
In Trastevere, I discovered this lovely place and immediately felt at ease, thanks also to the guys on the staff, really nice and kind.
I tried the orange carbonara, a classic base, but with courgette flowers and the fried egg with truffle.
But you can have fun, the choice of dishes is really wide.
I've already made notes for my next trip to Rome.

It was chosen among the many in the area struck by the concept of the place and I must say it was worth it! Kind staff who explains how to taste a dish created (necessary to capture the flavors in the right way). Excellent food! We ordered 2 types of carbonara, both excellent! We will definitely return to try other dishes.

Really lovely brunch, nice friendly service, good food. Sat outside which was lovely, went inside to use the facilities and it really was quite beautiful 😍

Prezzo elevato per alcuni piatti
Cibo molto particolare nel senso che ci sono piatti obiettivamente unici e che richiedono lavorazioni tecniche difficilmente replicabili
Ma un piatto di carbonara tradizionale per me è nel piatto dove posso rimestare e non in un barattolo dove non si può manovrare

Ci sono stato per pranzo, locale bello e con una fantastica atmosfera nei pressi di Trastevere. Cibo ottimo, e personale disponibile e gentile oltre che preparato. Carbonara ottima e Tiramisù a mio avviso il migliore mangiato a Roma.
