Eggs In Roma

Good service, attentive and kind guys. Nice atmosphere but very little space on the tables to eat at. As for the food the prices are quite high so you expect the best. First of all, the carbonara in the jar is very questionable, an absurd and truly unpresentable inconvenience. Tasting eggs (egg game) you will taste any flavor except egg, it really makes little sense. For dessert I had the zabaglione which had some really unpleasant final notes. Nice place but the chef can improve a lot.

I was very curious to try this restaurant in Rome and in the end I succeeded. It is located in the Trastevere area. Modern and welcoming environment. Very calm staff, attentive in explaining the dishes and also giving advice. I took the famous Gioco dell'Ova (the waiter explained to me how to eat it, as it is a tasting game) and then I tried the Black carbonara (with truffle)! Simple but effective mise en place. The little wooden egg on the table with the QR code to see the menu is nice! Will come back to try other delicacies 🤤😋🥚🥚🥚

This place was recommended by a taxi driver and it did not disappoint us. Excellent service, super tasty food. Highly highly recommend. .

Not your traditional fare but, man, it’s so good! We tried the caprese con sorpresa - mozzarella with a surprise inside in cold pomodoro soup - and the classic carbonara served in a jar! There are also variations of the classic dish but we thought we’d start with what we know. It did not disappoint. We also had the polpo alla catalana and the magnum pork, which is pulled pork in BBQ sauce served like a magnum bar. Creative and delicious. And they opened a site in Milan. Total with drinks is around 80€. Worth every penny.

I was looking for one of the best carbonaras in Rome and I must say I hit the mark, everything was delicious, the classic carbonara was excellent, generous portion, delicious cream and always crunchy bacon. The delicious appetizers and desserts... the tiramisu with Gentiles is highly recommended!

The fixed stop when going to Rome. Here you can eat an exceptional carbonara and a variety of choices. The starters served in an original way are also good. Super sweets. To try and try again 😋😋

Good food. The presentation of some dishes is cute and friendly. For those who don't like eggs, they can still find something to eat. Small, clean place, friendly staff. We went on a day when there were few people. Prices too high for this type of place.

The fried game and the egg game are good (except the one with Crodino jelly). Carbonare with different varieties, good but not exceptional (16 euros). Fast and professional service. I don't recommend summer due to the heat and uncooled external environment.

Cibo buono, ma non valorizzato da un servizio che non ti spiega minimamente cosa stai mangiando, visto che dietro ai piatti dovrebbe esserci un pensiero secondo il loro manifesto. Presenti vari ventilatori poco belli a vedersi all’interno di un locale che risulta quindi pretenzioso nel messaggio ma che poi nei fatti si dimostra quindi non così curato. Entrando si possono vedere varie cianfrusaglie tra cui detersivi ed una pianta di basilico e di rosmarino rinsecchite. Pranzo degustazione servito su di un unico piatto con tutta la proposta, sguarnito. Peccato perché l’idea non era male ed i prodotti quali materie prime e cucina sono ottime. Non ci tornerei visto che per il menù degustazione a pranzo spendi tra l’unico piatto servito (non varie portatate come si aspetta e come fa pensare dal menu), pane e acqua 30 euro a persona.
