For me one of the best shops in Rome for a carbonara. Really very tasty and authentically prepared. The guanciale is crispy and not mushy. I can also highly recommend the carbonara with onion. The restaurant is also very pretty and appears to be of high quality. Prices are slightly above average but still not exorbitant.

Very particular appetizers, I recommend the trio of carbonare. Cacio e ovo, on the other hand, a bit anonymous but a good sauce. Classic carbonara good and different from those I have tasted so far. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Interesting place to eat something different from the standard menu that we can find in Rome. We were not 100% convinced by the food in general but for sure it deserves a try. Thanks!

Una OTTIMA CARBONARA Una bella esperienza, abbiamo assaggiato tre deliziose carbonare differenti, ce ne sono 8/10 varianti. Non ho apprezzato il servizio nel vasetto di vetro,Non ricrea la soddisfazione del piatto pur essendo porzioni più che abbondanti. (È possibile chiedere il servizio nel piatto più che nel vasetto) Tiramisù non degno di nota, mi sarei aspettato un’eccellenza. Suggerirei qualche prodotto più sgrassante, le stoviglie sanno un po’ troppo di uovo, comprensibilmente ma da evitare soprattutto sui bicchieri

Avevo sentito parlare di questo posto ed ero molto curioso di assaggiare le rivisitazioni della carbonara: l’esperienza ha superato le aspettative. Sono riusciti a toccare l’intoccabile, ovvero la ricetta della carbonara, senza stravolgere ma arricchendo. La carbonara con i porcini che ho mangiato era semplicemente fantastica. Ottimo anche l’antipasto dei tris di carbonara da passeggio! Qualcuno al mio tavolo ha preso anche il maritozzo che ha trovato eccellente. Opzioni, senza glutine, accoglienza cordiale e conto correttissimo. Per questo locale è il massimo!

06/02/2025: I have to admit, I saw a few of the reviews and questioned if I should eat here. UNFOUNDED!! This place is amazing. We showed up without a reservation for 8 people and they squeezed us in letting us know we could only stay for 1 hr. The service was quick and great. The food AMAZING!! This place is busy for a GOOD reason. Thank you for the amazing meal, great atmosphere, and great service.
06/02/2025: Delicious pasta. In my opinion the Best is Amatrichiana /phonetic spelling/. Our tennis champion's favorite place... there are photos.
