We ate here last night and what can I say: simply WOW! It was our last evening and we opted for the 5-course (which ended up being 6) menu with wine pairings. It was by far the best meal we've had on vacation and even so far. My wife doesn't like fish or seafood, so they quickly created a different menu for us. Our son also enjoyed some delicious pasta and even got dessert.
We had a wonderful evening.
Please go to this restaurant and definitely choose the tasting menu. You won't regret it :)

Had an absolutely delightful evening at Monsu. I enjoyed 4 courses including a fabulous onion tart and a perfect vegetarian pasta dish. The food, impeccable service, wine choice, and atmosphere made it a memorable evening!

If you're passing through Ragusa, I recommend stopping by this beautiful establishment, housed in ancient vaulted cellars. You'll be welcomed by Héloise, who speaks excellent French, and her husband, Salvo, in the kitchen. You'll be transported by the flavors, colors, and local Sicilian products used. Shrimp, fish, ricotta, truffles, etc., you can choose between set menus or à la carte.

What a gem in the heart of Ragusa Ibla! The owner, Héloïse, was so friendly and awaited everyone with a smile that instantly made you feel very welcomed. The interior is decorated in such a subtle vintage way, but definitely not lacking elegance. The food is pricier, but in my opinion it is justified as it is a fine dining experience. We ordered fish menu degustazione + 3 glasses of wine (78€ per person), and the food was so fresh, with only few ingredients yet delicious and presented in a modern way. Totally recommended if you’re looking for a full fine dining experience in Ragusa!
