We stopped by chance at this restaurant. We had a very pleasant evening: the friendly, cheerful waiter, the quality and variety of the ingredients, and the mastery of the cooking. We had fish as main courses (tuna, char) and the rib-eye steak. Everything was well prepared. Among the signature dishes, a special mention goes to the delicate onion tartare (starter) and the floating island. A touch of France with a little something extra. And a complimentary petit four (mignardise) as a starter. I wanted a little extra tomato, and I was treated to a salad with fragrant olive oil.
The menu doesn't quite reflect the variety of dishes on offer. Don't hesitate to ask the waiter.

Delicious and not too expensive ! Divine seafood and meat, excellent vegetables, perfect wine. The tomatoes were so good that, as Europeans who are used to the poor quality of the ones back home, we ordered some more in a bowl (the request was really well received) ! The waiter was adorable and the setting beautiful. An excellent night !

We’ve been to Monsù twice now and intend on going back every time we’re in Ibla - superb, refined food which takes on a French style but gives you the genuine quality and flavors of Sicily. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and if you sit outside (especially on a weekend) it’s a perfect people watching spot, just a few steps from the town Villa. Heloise, the co-owner, is so lovely and hospitable, and the service is very on point. One of our favorites to visit!

We had the 5-course tasting menu, and it was a festival of flavors—a refined fusion of French and Sicilian cuisine that truly impressed us. This is high-level gastronomy at a very fair price.
The service was exceptional: warm, attentive, and full of genuine care. The space itself is cozy and inviting, and the owners made the experience even more memorable with their passionate introduction to Sicilian food culture and thoughtful local tips we can’t wait to explore this weekend.
A place we’ll absolutely return to.
