Let me start by saying that I am Neapolitan and therefore very demanding when it comes to pizza. The product offered in this pizzeria is really good; light and soft dough (not the usual shoe sole that you find around), well alveolated crust and you sleep well at night (a sign of excellent leavening). I don't give the maximum score because the ingredients used for the filling are not of the highest quality. I hope they can improve in the future.
