Nice pub located in a quiet area where you can find a wide selection of craft beers (all of which I remember brewing in-house). The pizza is very good and has a very soft, thick crust. Good prices. Ample parking. Recommended.

A lovely evening for a birthday... live music with a band... excellent music... quite loud but I'll start by saying that this is my opinion and doesn't affect the venue... certainly many people like loud music... overall, a venue I would recommend... 👍

Spectacular pizzas, delicious and with a wide selection, not too heavy to stomach. Excellent and wide selection of craft beers, for all tastes and beer lovers. The burgers are also very good. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying that DALMINE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS A PLACE LIKE THIS... ESPECIALLY FOR THE SPACE THEY GIVE TO LIVE MUSIC. We went there on Friday, February 13, to hear the Lenny Kravitz tribute. The sound and acoustics were good, "we could talk to each other at the table," and his performances were clear and defined in a balanced and acceptable way. Let's talk about the venue; strangely enough, given that it doesn't seem to have a defined identity, I was a bit taken aback and almost lost; it looks like a pub/religious house/social center/restaurant/concert hall... it's not very clear, and it's very noticeable! Speaking of the food; we ate two excellent pizzas, good dough and exquisite ingredients! We also drank two excellent beers. The service was quick, courteous, and above all, attentive. The prices are in line and proportionate to the quality of the products and the location of the venue. I think I'll be back to try something else and attend another concert. P.S. Clean bathrooms, well done! P.S. 2 If you dimmed the lights during live shows, it would help create more atmosphere. "I understand that the lights on help the stage staff," but it makes a difference between seeing a concert with the right lighting and watching it with everything on, which, unfortunately, is less impactful. See you soon!

We went to this place last night for dinner with friends. I already knew the place and have always had a great time. The food is good, ranging from appetizers (excellent mozzarella sticks and onion rings 😍) to burgers and fries or the classic first and second course (they also have a vegetarian and children's menu with hilarious names. Allergens are clearly marked). There's a variety of beers for all tastes. The place is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. What's not to underestimate is that, being a restaurant and pub, you can talk without having to shout, thanks in part to the excellent management of the space. I'm sorry to have to give it 4 stars because of the service, which had some flaws last night. (I'm sure it was just a bad night 😆😆) The wait times were a bit too long, the staff wasn't always attentive, and especially the blonde waitress always seemed a bit annoyed, but we're human and these things happen. Would I recommend this place?? ABSOLUTELY YES. 👍👍👍👍

New Year's Eve dinner with friends. We were offered a choice of meat or fish menus. We played live in groups and had a lot of fun trying something new. My group of five women even made it to the podium for third place, just a few points behind second place. Throughout the evening, we enjoyed listening to music and dancing. It was a very enjoyable evening!

Ristorante Pizzeria 4 Pis

12/09/2025: UPDATE 2025 For us, this place remains synonymous with hospitality and quality. The cuisine shows no signs of slowing down, and everything is top-notch. We'd like to give special mention to the service provided by the very young waitress Giorgia, who, despite her age, already perfectly masters the dining room with professionalism, courtesy, and a warm smile. To Tania and Fabio, and to the entire staff, our eternal thanks for everything they've contributed to this restaurant. We look forward to seeing you again soon. ________________________________________ This restaurant has become an absolute must-visit. The cuisine is excellent, with great attention to raw materials (often local) and masterful preparation, beautiful presentation, and the flavors are clear and unpretentious. The service is prompt, friendly, and professional. There's never a glitch or a lapse in style, and everyone has a smile and a word to say. The price is reasonable for the offerings and in line with other restaurants in the valley. The staff at the local restaurants are calibrated based on average attendance (it couldn't be otherwise, given the huge difference between high and low season), so you may occasionally have to wait a bit longer than average. Don't panic, just enjoy the view and you'll be served in good time. We always highly recommend it.
08/09/2025: The dishes are varied and well-cooked; the portions are decidedly small, and the prices, in my opinion, are excessive. The place is clean but a bit bare. The service is... inexperienced.

Impronte Ristorante

12/05/2026: Entering Impronte means witnessing a gastronomic ritual in which the chef does more than just cook: he leaves his mark, imprints visions, and expresses himself through every detail (the starter dish, depicting Sicily on the table, is marvelous). I opted for the 8-course tasting menu! After a few minutes, the feeling was clear: the name couldn't have been more fitting. Here, identity isn't an abstract concept; it's living matter. The chef guides the experience with rare confidence, a hand unafraid of extremes because he knows how to master them. His cuisine is a constant dialogue between instinct and technique, between memory and creative impulse. And the dishes speak for themselves. Gillardeau oysters seasoned with lime, almonds, and sea asparagus: a mouthful that vibrates. Freshness, richness, minerality. A balance that seems impossible until you taste it. Sublime! Veal skewer with a simply incredible salmoriglio... a stroke of personality, a confident gesture, almost provocative in its simplicity. Fusillo with baby squid is a play on textures, a depth of the sea, a chewiness that speaks of study and intention. Extremes, yes. But extremes that define identity, not gratuitous! The service accompanies with discretion, the dining room breathes with the cuisine, and the wine list supports the experience without ever stealing the show. Impronte is an experience that lingers. A cuisine that doesn't try to please everyone, but rather wins over those who know how to listen. An evening that becomes a memory. CONGRATULATIONS
03/04/2026: My best friend and I discovered this restaurant thanks to the Gourmantico initiative. The location is in the heart of Bergamo, just steps from the stadium. It's not particularly distinctive on the outside, but very minimal inside, yet meticulously crafted. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly despite our young age (this isn't a given; young people are often left a bit out of their depth). Moving on to the food... The Gourmantico tasting menu included: an entrée, two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, plus small pastries, coffee, water, and wine —> €80 per person. The entrée was delicious and appealing, and the Sicily-shaped plate was beautiful, perfectly accompanying you on this mini-course of four amuse-bouche. The first appetizer was fried calamari, accompanied by two mayonnaises: a soy and pink pepper mayonnaise that was simply exceptional—we could have eaten a ton of it—and a kind of tzatziki, very fresh and pleasant. The second appetizer consisted of amberjack sashimi with puntarelle and sea urchin mayonnaise, also very pleasant. The first course was a good risotto with bottarga, lemon, and shrimp tartare. Truly excellent. From there, we moved on to the "negative" part of the evening. For the second course, they served us this panko-fried sea bass steak (I think), accompanied by mashed potatoes and puttanesca sauce. The fish was perfectly fried, but it was definitely too heavy. The mashed potatoes, the fried potatoes, the sauce—everything was too heavy and definitely not up to par with the previous dishes. The dessert: nothing special; orange and almond ice cream, chocolate crumble, and candied orange. Honestly, it seemed more like a pre-dessert. A ridiculous little pastry; I'm sorry, but you can't serve a few caramelized almonds and two strawberries as a finale to a meal in a one-Michelin-star restaurant. Overall, especially for what we paid, it was a positive experience, but based on this dinner, it's probably not a restaurant I'd return to. Having tried another restaurant with this format, I can assure you that it wasn't "Gourmantico" that affected the evening's performance, but rather a poorly thought-out menu.
