We came to the restaurant on a normal weekday, it was quiet but as time went on the place became quiet and filled up outside. we did not expect much, as we had only found the restaurant on Google. But it should turn out to be a place we will definitely come back to. Everything and I really mean everything was good, calm, good and friendly service, a kitchen that definitely knows their craft. Dishes were perfectly cooked, including my Guancia di vitello basta, probably the best I've ever had. The fact that I could also get Rizieri Barolo 2018 by the glass was just icing on the cake for me. we will definitely be back. Thank you for good service and thank you for a really good dinner.

This is an excellent restaurant in Alba. The decor is very ascetic in a modern style but the menu and wines are excellent. The food is typical Piemontese with some additions that you won't find in a lot of other restaurants, like trout or snails, which is a very welcome change. The wine list is not huge but it is well selected and have very good examples present. If you have a choice to visit. Please do.

Apparently traditional dishes but prepared and presented in a more than tasty way. The hospitality and delicious choice of wine make it a culinary evening that will be remembered (tip: definitely try the truffle dishes!). Basically all the good things about Piedmont in one restaurant.

Fantastic experience, minimal and elegant venue. Staff (the waitress) polite, friendly and nice. Excellent variety of courses and an extensive wine cellar. We ate very well, we highly recommend it!!!!

Ho trovato questo locale su Internet in occasione di una visita ad Alba. il ristorante è abbastanza moderno, essenziale. Accoglienza gentile e disponibile e menù abbastanza vario.
Abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione a prezzo fisso di 40 € che presentava alcune delle specialità tipiche piemontesi: particolarmente buoni i ravioli del Plin e la guancia brasata.Buona anche la cantina
