You have to go there at least once, the restaurateurs are very capable and attentive to your needs, they are top notch.

Dinner on Saturday, August 2nd. Discovered by chance, it was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was truly relaxing, with live saxophone and guitar. Superlative food: I think I've eaten the best fish since I've lived in Modena (and that's been many years). The first courses were tasty and tasted like seafood. The second courses were cooked in a way that showcased the quality of the ingredients. The staff was spectacular: smiling, helpful, and kind. They didn't cause any anxiety, even when the place started to fill up. The restaurant is well-kept, just like in the photos. And, most importantly, it truly feels like you're by the sea, even though you're facing the Modena countryside. We'll be back, either to try the Garden experience or with friends. The meat-based menu is also very intriguing: a delightful blend of Emilia and Campania. The owner, Ludovica, is super friendly and full of passion for her creation: you can see it in her eyes. I went to both the restaurant and the beer garden and sandwich shop. My first experience was very relaxing, quiet, and served excellent Campanian and seafood dishes. The octopus was incredibly tender and well-cooked. You can immediately tell the fish is fresh and the ingredients are top-quality. The staff was immediately friendly, attentive, and welcoming. For my second experience, I enjoyed the live music, which was very calm and relaxing. The €10 sandwich and beer deal was fantastic. The sandwiches are light, not heavy, and unique. There are baby octopus sandwiches, vegetarian sandwiches, swordfish sandwiches, and so on. A truly excellent experience, both ways, and I'd highly recommend it. Besides the waiters, the young owner, Ludovica, is also accommodating, discreet, and gracious. This place definitely deserves more recognition.

The food is excellent; you can taste that all the ingredients are fresh and top-quality. The passion behind the dishes and the service is evident, and the kindness and helpfulness of Ludovica and her staff is second to none. Very nice location. The restaurant, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and mise en place, offers dishes that are different from the usual and very tasty. The extra touch is the all-female management, with young, dynamic and always smiling girls.

Premetto che scrivo questa recensione dopo la seconda esperienza in questo locale e che il voto non tiene conto solo della cucina ma è un giudizio complessivo a tutti gli aspetti che credo debbano essere tenuti in considerazione quando si tratta di un ristorante. La prima volta era stata a settembre, per una cena di famiglia: splendida esperienza! Innanzitutto si viene accolti da ragazze molto giovani (e questo è un aspetto che deve essere premiato in un settore non facile come quello della ristorazione) ma che sanno decisamente il fatto loro. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e devo dire che ho trovato ottimo anche un piatto (la pasta e patate) che non avevo ordinato per non avere il confronto con quello che da anni prepariamo in famiglia. L'ho alla fine assaggiato da mio figlio e l'ho trovato degno di nota. Mi ha colpito la grande gentilezza di tutto il personale e la competenza di Ludovica, che non solo conosceva la materia prima ma ha dato prova di sapere anche come questa viene trattata nei vari piatti. Chapeau! Siamo tornati domenica scorsa e nonostante fosse passato un po' di tempo, Ludovica ci ha stupiti ancora ricordandosi esattamente cosa avevamo ordinato la volta precedente. Credo che se questa non è passione per il proprio lavoro sia difficile da definire altrimenti. Anche stavolta abbiamo mangiato bene ed ancora una volta a dei prezzi estremamente ragionevoli, considerando la preferenza per il pesce e le due bottiglie di vino. Dulcis in fundo: ad un certo punto, tra una chiacchiera e l'altra, ci siamo resi conto di essere rimasti gli ultimi del locale, che tutti gli altri tavoli erano stati preparati per la sera e che si approssimavano le 16. Cosa ci siamo sentiti dire? Che potevamo rimanere quanto volevamo. Ora: in un mondo in cui purtroppo capita che ci si senta quasi "sopportati" anziché "benvenuti", in cui si parla spesso (ed a sproposito) male dei giovani che non avrebbero voglia di sacrificarsi, ed in cui andare a mangiare fuori può equivalere a dover fare un mutuo, credo che posti come il Moloverde, che sicuramente hanno margine di miglioramento, siano un rifugio sicuro. Motivo per il quale ci torneremo.
