Ludovica is a very kind person and attentive to details. Having reported my celiac disease, I was immediately contacted and warned that since it was not an AIC restaurant, there could rightly be contamination in the kitchen. What can I say, I was "pampered" with gluten-free food (bread, crackers and first courses). Excellent quality of food.

I went there for the first time yesterday with my family; although it is on a crossing point it is not exactly visible, I learned about this restaurant through word of mouth. I was truly amazed both by the friendliness and professionalism of the girl who served us, and by the cuisine. We tried a menu with sea and land dishes, I must say that I really liked them all (including desserts). My family works in the restaurant business and I can guarantee that the quality of what we were served was truly high. This place deserves to be known and appreciated; I will definitely be back. Moloverde RistoRelax is the perfect place for those looking for a quiet environment where you can enjoy excellent dishes. The quality of the products is evident and the attention paid to the selection of ingredients is noticeable. I highly recommend the fish dishes: fresh, well presented and delicious in flavour. The venue is welcoming and tastefully furnished, while the staff is discreet and always available, helping to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The only small flaw: the quantity of the cut was slightly reduced, but the quality certainly made up for it. I will definitely be back to try other specialties!

New and well-kept place with a studied and well-made design. The owner is kind and sociable. All dishes are also excellent. The octopus is highly recommended and is accompanied with fried carasao bread on mashed potatoes, baked potatoes and a sauce. Will come welcome offered, really good. An ideal venue also for organizing events such as graduation or birthday parties as it is possible to book the entire room.

I went to moloverde last night, a very welcoming and impactful location, the soft lights created a very peaceful atmosphere, not to mention the very sophisticated and refined style. The staff was very friendly and helpful and above all professional, which is very difficult to find nowadays, let's move on to the food, it was a heavenly experience, high level dishes, a vast offer, this time I tried the seafood menu and I must say that despite the distance from the sea the ingredients were of the highest quality, cooked and served in an exceptional way. I really think I'll come back to try the land menu with their proposals. I thank Moloverde for the wonderful evening.

Locale tenuto come uno specchio, la qualità del pesce a dir poco superlativa come la cura nella presentaizone dei piatti... per non parlare dell'attenzione al cliente, cordialità e gentilezza della proprietaria, Ludovica, a cui facciamo i nostri complimenti per la passione che ci mette, tanti imprenditori della ristorazione dovrebbero prendere spunto da lei per come si gestisce un ristorante!
