Professional staff , the ambience of the restaurant itself is very good and next to the sea. The fish is very fresh and the attention to the detail in the dishes is very good. Had a pasta with swordfish and it was perfectly cooked, the tomato sauce was outstanding and had bits of freshness from the mint. However what made the whole experience amazing was the pistachio crème brûlée. So good that i dare to say that it was the best desert I had in Palermo.

We ate at this place recently. Waiting time... Lunghino. But I must admit that the food is very good. Top quality. Prices a little high for our pockets. I believe the owner was impeccably kind and friendly.

Crazy. Top. Always open to the sea. Very attentive evening staff. Not the lunch one. Unique scenography. Raw at the right temperature. Unforgettable cannoli and generous portions. ATTENTION: this the night before. The next day, at lunch, when I left for the toilet (despite the bill of 90 euros consumed in less than an hour because I was leaving) 2 VERY RUDE customers grabbed my table, moving all my personal effects including my still full glass!!! The owner cannot allow this, ever. Neither to customers nor to the lunch staff who are not the same as in the evening. For this reason, unfortunately, the service stars have dropped to 2 from 5, as has the environment due to customers who should be kicked out instead of seated.

For the first time at Molo Sant'Erasmo, I can't wait to return, a spectacular dinner to say the least.

Everything was very tasty, it could be more for this price. The grilled octopus, grilled mixed fish and bread with shrimp were eaten. Service was very friendly. It's all ok.

There are some restaurants that you stumble into but want to come back to again. This restaurant is exactly that. Warm environment, magnificent sea view, time seems to slow down here, allowing people to enjoy every moment. Interestingly, the restaurant opens a little earlier than the kitchen. But it's worth the wait. The oysters are extremely fresh, the saltiness of the sea water echoes between the lips and teeth, and there is a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste, which is perfect. The other dishes are equally outstanding, with quality ingredients and well-matched flavours, displaying a delicate sense of balance. As for the wine...it was our mistake this time. Its taste has an unexpected hint of grappa's sharpness and spiciness, which is so prominent that it overwhelms the other layers of flavor. The attempt was unsuccessful, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. And the practice of serving brandy in a shot glass (similar to a shot glass) is confusing. However, the most memorable thing about this restaurant is its service staff. They are sincere and enthusiastic, neither overly enthusiastic nor cold and distant, and have just the right amount of care to make people feel warm. This is a place worth visiting again. Next time I try a different drink, maybe bring a brandy glass.

Molo Sant’Erasmo offre prelibatezze assolute. Ho gustato una triplice tartare di tonno, salmone e pescato del giorno memorabile. L’equilibrio delle componenti e degli aromi erano eccellenti. Poi una ricca frittura mista classica e ho assaggiato un pesce al sale e una caponata di pesce scelti da mia moglie . Tutto era fragrante e trasmetteva freschezza. Un rose’ dell’Etna ci ha accompagnato in questo bel viaggio gustativo. Porzioni generose e ben presentate. Personale discreto, disponibile e gentile.
