Location on the sea, structure and architectural spaces truly fabulous! The food seemed good and abundant to me but exceptional is the quality/price ratio, considering the incredible location.

My partner and I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food exceeded our expectations, with each dish showcasing exceptional flavors and quality ingredients. The clam pasta featured incredibly fresh clams paired with a perfectly balanced sauce, while the shrimp pasta stood out with its rich and flavorful shrimp paste. Complemented by a superb selection of Sicilian wine, our meal was truly memorable. Having visited numerous restaurants, we can confidently say that this was the best so far. Highly recommended.

Restaurant right on the sea. We had lunch upstairs, on a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Everything we tasted was excellent, accompanied by the courtesy and kindness of the staff.

Professional staff , the ambience of the restaurant itself is very good and next to the sea. The fish is very fresh and the attention to the detail in the dishes is very good. Had a pasta with swordfish and it was perfectly cooked, the tomato sauce was outstanding and had bits of freshness from the mint. However what made the whole experience amazing was the pistachio crème brûlée. So good that i dare to say that it was the best desert I had in Palermo.

Molo Sant’Erasmo offre prelibatezze assolute. Ho gustato una triplice tartare di tonno, salmone e pescato del giorno memorabile. L’equilibrio delle componenti e degli aromi erano eccellenti. Poi una ricca frittura mista classica e ho assaggiato un pesce al sale e una caponata di pesce scelti da mia moglie . Tutto era fragrante e trasmetteva freschezza. Un rose’ dell’Etna ci ha accompagnato in questo bel viaggio gustativo. Porzioni generose e ben presentate. Personale discreto, disponibile e gentile.
