Today I live in Brussels but I have Sicilian origins and I grew up in Palermo, so I wanted to bring my boyfriend there. The Molo Sant'Erasmo Restaurant is on the final stretch of Palermo's splendid seaside promenade. In short, the location is exceptional but it wasn't enough for me because I know Sicilian cuisine and its quality well. So I wanted a nice place where you could also eat well. We started with a special plateau of exquisite marinated seafood which was very fresh. The wine was a tasty Grillo cataract, then came the queen of the dinner: pasta with sardines. Well, I've eaten it many times in my life, my grandmother made it very well but I have no doubt, this is the best I've eaten. Right in the calibration of the ingredients, neither spicy nor tasteless. Extremely refined, is the right word. Even the walled octopus were out of this world, like the cannoli. Excellent service, the waiter was called Marco and he was super kind. It is not recommended to go to this restaurant. It's really a must! You absolutely must go there.

Good fresh fish and very good pasta with sardines. Passed with flying colors!

Excellent quality food, but small quantities

Nice place, friendly staff, for me, as I don't drink alcohol, the water was a problem because, even though they charge a fairly high price for it, it has an unpleasant taste (in my opinion).

Bella location anche se gli odori forti provenienti dal molo hanno spesso preso il sopravvento sul resto. Locale molto affollato in periodo estivo, potrebbero dedicare una “ zona” ai bambini, visto che ce n erano alcuni non proprio calmi. Personale gentile ma affaticato, ci e’ stato detto che non era possibile avere delle tartarre e poi dopo un’ora sono arrivate al tavolo affianco accomodatosi dopo di noi; il pane lo abbiamo richiesto piu volte, cosi come dei tovaglioli ( di carta). Il plateau un po’ misero , le busiate troppo cotte, lo spaghetto con sarde secchissimo pieno di pan grattato e senza olio, buono il polpo.

Splendida location con vista mare superlativa, sicuramente il valore aggiunto che anche i centro tavola richiamano. Cucina top per materie prime e preparazione, servizio presente e professionale, prezzi adeguati all’offerta e al luogo. Unica pecca l’attesa un po’ troppo lunga, ripagata però dalle portate
