The products (at least the savoury ones, they are the only things I have tried) are very good, it's a shame about the staff who often seem annoyed and not very attentive to the customer. I hope they improve.

The lady that served us was very friendly and all the food was so delicious and super fresh. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be coming back here in Rome again.

06/12/2025: Excellent service and attention! Very clean and comfortable, and a great location in Rome.
20/11/2025: If you're looking for a central location with easy access to basic amenities, the Hotel Charter is an excellent choice. Roberto and the rest of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. As a wheelchair user, I found this hotel to be a great option. While not large, it offers basic accessibility and is very functional. A ramp at the entrance makes entry effortless. The elevator works well. The well-appointed room has a spacious bathroom, and the bed is very comfortable. It's ideal for a couple and for getting around Rome.

11/03/2026: Excellent value for money, professional and friendly staff, perhaps the best thing about the property besides the location, which is really convenient, 150 meters from Roma San Pietro station.
08/02/2026: We've been customers for several years and I wouldn't trade it for anything: location, courtesy, helpfulness, top-notch staff. EXCELLENT value for money. I RECOMMEND IT TO OKKI CHIUSI.
