Today I went to Belvedere Restaurant, and I had a wonderful meal with their typical Roman cuisine. Traditional, classic, and flavorful. The Sunday lasagna is reminiscent of grandma's homemade lasagna. The meat is cooked to perfection, tailored to your personal taste. I'll definitely be back to try their fish menu. As for the staff, I can only say they're kind and friendly. One thing... I really hope things stay that way, in a friendly atmosphere, and with perfectly flavorful and delicious dishes. I recommend everyone try their cuisine.
