Excellent ingredients, displayed in the refrigerated section for customers to see. The option to build your own sandwich is a nice touch, but this makes service a bit slow during peak hours. Above-average quality/price ratio.

An experience to repeat! We went for a sandwich at Mollica... and what can I say? An explosion of flavor! We tried the Seasonal Sandwich and the Farmer's Sandwich: honestly, I've never had better. Super fresh ingredients, perfect pairings, and dreamy focaccias. The selection is vast: an infinite number of ready-made flavors for those who aren't sure, and customizable combinations. Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong: every sandwich is a real surprise, crafted down to the smallest detail. And then... the craft beers! Perfect for pairing every bite with the right flavor. In short, if you love properly made sandwiches, Mollica is a must-see. We'll definitely be back!

20/06/2025: Wonderfully cozy cafe with a nice library aesthetic inside complemented by a beautiful outside courtyard. The staff was outstanding and inclusive, with the head chef especially being helpful to our meal. Their pastas are simple yet made with great dedication that was a pleasure to eat. The value here is great and I would easily return here.

18/05/2025: We ended up there by chance, I have to say that we felt at home, very good and very kind people, it's a shame we are Ligurian, if it were here we would be regular customers, the pizza and the pancakes with Nutella are special, what can I say? Well done, keep it up 👍
