Discovered by chance on a day trip to Turin. A real surprise, with homemade, high-quality, and locally sourced food whenever possible. Excellent bread and plenty of choice. There's a line at peak times, but that's only because the food is so good. It moves quickly, and we ate in 10 minutes.

Prima di andare a visitare il Museo ci siamo Recati in questo posto, spinti dalle recensioni positive… che dire non è un semplice panino, o una semplice focaccina… è assolutamente un piacere sia nell assaporare tutte quelle materie prime di ottime qualità, ma è un esperienza !! Tutto questo grazie al titolare (penso) che ti consiglia e ti aiuta nella ricerca del panino perfetto…. E fidatevi che lo era!!

16/11/2025: While staying in Collegno, we went for dinner. It was a wonderful experience. We ate excellent traditional dishes, the agnolotti were superb!! The staff was incredibly kind, and the place was very welcoming and quaint. If I ever return, I'll definitely order more! ;)
