Una sola parola Fotonico . Carbonara di altissimo livello squisita , carnina fantastica si scioglieva in bocca e personale gentilissimo . Aggiungiamo prezzi onesti e dolci con porzioni di livello e il posto dove tornare sempre e' servito

Respects what was stated, atypical place. In the sense that it is not a real restaurant with the same standards as many others, it is also quite comfortable in terms of formality and authenticity of the dishes produced (at least in our case). Tasting of first courses, home-made spaghetti carbonara, excellent, perhaps a little too tasty, gnocchi with a truly exceptional ragù, the kind that is in no hurry to finish cooking. Followed by a sliced steak with salt, good but normal, and fresh vegetables and graten. In my opinion, despite what I have tasted, therefore a very limited sample, the former beat the latter and not by any measure, however other experiences say contrasting things, therefore I would not indicate a winner. A contrasting note however was the loose red wine, unfortunately not to our liking, too bitter and other negative nuances. So I wouldn't try it again. However, there is no shortage of bottled wine, obviously. Certainly to be recommended to move away from the usual canonical restaurant, towards a more agritourism-style structure.

Now a fixed stop for us who, despite living in Rome, have a holiday home in Fosso Sejore, highly recommended and I don't know which dish to suggest, they are all excellent.
Every friend I host and take us to eat wants to come back, it's now a chain letter 😀😃.
Come on Filippo, Eugenio, you are like a rock, you will overcome this bad event too, get angry with those in charge and start again in a great way!

The restaurant is a gem immersed in the greenery of the Fano hills, one of my favorite places, rustic, informal, and exceptional food
The structure is quite classic, made of wood, spacious both inside and outside, in the large garden dominated by an immense fireplace for cooking meat, a specialty of the house
But even the first courses are no exception, rigorously homemade pasta, amazing tortelli and rib ragù.
The staff and the owner are very welcoming, particular praise goes to the owner for his competence and dialectic in entertaining customers

The place is nice but 3 dishes chosen from the menu and 3 that weren't even there... come on.... Then the customer is disappointed... they justified it with the search for freshness... and I bow to this, but make daily menus with the dishes present if anything told verbally... more precisely... the prices are a little high... but maybe this it is given by the raw materials!! Well maybe I didn't appreciate it..

Carbonara Top!!!! we had cleaned the plates with bread so well that the waiter could put them back in the cupboard.
Sliced meat marinated in mustard, the wow effect you don't expect!!
Everyone was great, especially the guys in the room.

I'm sorry but we're not there, my experience is negative, half of the things we ordered were not available for dinner, except for the elephant ear which was specified on the menu... after all we struggled to find something of ours liking.
The Florentine steak was good and cooked just right. The roast beef cut was tough…..

From start to finish, everything was great.
We arrived without having booked and both the waiters and the owner made themselves available and found accommodation for us.
The location is very beautiful and spacious, with an immediate feeling of well-being.
The enormous grill immediately catches your eye, from where you immediately understand that they know how to handle meat.
In fact, I had the pleasure of eating a roast beef steak cooked rare which cannot be described because of how good it is... just thinking about it still tastes good to me.
My daughter, who is not a big eater, finished a plate of tagliatelle made with a ragù with pieces of meat.
The mixed grill was also a spectacle.
And finally we get to the homemade desserts... a cheesecake like this that I don't think I've ever eaten... a spectacle, good, not heavy and with an indescribable mix of flavours.
The waiters are also very good at recommending wine which can possibly be taken by the glass by having a bottle opened for just one glass. Very adequate prices.
You absolutely have to try it...I'll be back.

Excellent and quality food. Filippo is a wizard in the kitchen and together with his staff he always makes the evenings at his atypical restaurant pleasant. If you love meat and first courses, this is the right place for you
