Excellent quality food, average prices, if you eat outside in summer it is better to bring an extra shirt because in the evening there is a lot of humidity

I give it a 4 because I will return to try other dishes. We ate really well. Excellent carbonara! But be careful because it must be booked in advance😌, don't miss it.

Lovely restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area. The chef Filipo proudly states it is not a restaurant for tourists (but made me feel very welcome!) Meat is grilled over charcoal, my only regret is that I didn't try more dishes, but the portions are huge!

Last week in Pesaro it was 35 degrees... What do we do? Let's go and eat at Ciavarini because the food is good and you can breathe. I regret it... The food was extraordinary but you couldn't even breathe there... Every year I go to have a dinner in the summer them but I didn't remember such a "spacey" cut... It melted in your mouth, the first courses are very good but when I return I will gladly skip the first one to get two cuts... See you next time for sure and this time I won't let a year go by!!!

Highly recommended, sublime cold cuts and cheese starter, fabulous meat. Too bad I couldn't taste the carbonara because it's only made to order, I'll be back.

restaurant where they make everything they bring you, excellent first courses, excellent spaghetti carbonara, excellent meat, really good service with attention to small details. I recommend it without a doubt, the prices are slightly more expensive but believe me it's worth it, competent staff Good wine with attention to every dish, really good chef, I will definitely return, cuisine like this is truly worth it, shame only about the limited places....

A family-run trattoria in name and in fact, closely linked to traditional local recipes, very simple and essential. The cuisine contains well-executed age-old recipes with good quality and genuine products (they still make the rib sauce with long cooking times and still use lard.....for the pleasure of the palate!)
Meat cooked strictly over real wood charcoal could be improved with a little more maturing and marbling which would give it more softness, flavor and flavour, but all in all it's not bad.
The sore point is the service which appears to be disjointed, botched and chaotic, but which is saved in the corner by the kindness and friendliness of the staff.
All in all, though, it's definitely worth the trip and the dining experience.
Prices in line with the quality offered.

Everything really delicious!! Tasty appetizers, excellent first courses and impeccable meat, perfect cooking and you could taste the taste of well-worked meat! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
