I entered this restaurant without feeling particularly hungry. The advice and service were very friendly and competent. I couldn't find my request, a mixed salad without corn, on the menu. No problem! Everything was very fresh and delicious. Speaking of sustainability and style: drinks are usually served in glass bottles, with no plastic if possible, which is great! Cloth napkins, real stone tables, wooden chairs, and not too much decoration or kitsch. All in all, it was very comforting for me!

The wagon wheel pizza was very good, with a light crust that didn't leave you thirsty all night. The place was nice, the staff were friendly, but the service was a little slow. I approve, I'll definitely be back!

Truly beautiful place, friendly staff, and amazing food. We had the potato croquette with pecorino cheese and 'nduja emulsion (so big, so much so that we easily shared it between two), a Suprema pizza (and it really was) with zucchini cream, 'nduja chips (what's the point of explaining them, you just have to try them!), and red shrimp tartare, and then the Smash Burger with tuna cutlet! Are you wondering if it was all good? No... Masterful... Well done guys, and thanks... we'll be back soon!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, truly top-notch! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I've been there twice during my vacation, and both times they treated me with kid gloves. Highly recommended, I hope to return.

Beautiful and elegant place, attentive staff, fast service, and fantastic pizzas! There were 12 of us and we were all very satisfied! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Molendini offers not only well-made pizza, but also rich and tasty dishes like this sliced steak with baked potatoes and chimichurry sauce. The eggplant meatballs are also highly recommended. The atmosphere is urban and very refined.

Molendini - A tasty experience! I had the pleasure of trying their pizza. I must say I was very satisfied. The pizza was really good, with a light dough and topped with fresh, quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the balanced flavors and the perfect cooking. I ordered the "inferno" pizza and found it exceptional. And the Margherita a ruota di carro (cartwheel) was equally as good. The place is also welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In short, I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for quality pizza in a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it to all lovers of good pizza, and not only!

I tried both the kitchen and the bar.. I can say that the environment is refined and the cuisine very good (I had a delicious tuna). Excellent bar service with a truly excellent aperol spritz (not watered down). What struck me, however, is the staff composed of young and capable people super welcoming and kind without being invasive and without rushing customers.

Cena non memorabile. Mi avevano parlato molto bene della pizza "ruota di carro" che in effetti non si è rivelata malvagia, ma il crocchettone, pagato la bellezza di 6 euro, non era nulla di che, mancava un po' di sapore del taleggio soprattutto. Anche la picanha, che da menù, doveva essere accompagnata da cicoria è arrivata con bieta: se si cambia qualcosa, è doveroso avvertire al momento dell'ordine, sie per questione di gusti del clienti ma soprattutto per eventuali allergie/intolleranze. Bevande a costi eccessivi, 4 Euro per una Coca Cola in bottiglietta piccola è davvero tanto, così come eccessivamente alto è il costo del coperto, considerando che sul tavolo non c'era nemmeno la tovaglia. Bella la sala grande, tavoli ben distanziati, ma temperatura molto bassa, faceva freddo e mia moglie è dovuta restare col giubbino.
