This tiny window shop is fin amazing if you like Mortadella and enjoy paninos. The shop opens promptly at 12 but you will want to arrive 10-15 mins early to get into the line. The line moves pretty quickly once they officially open. This seems to be both popular with visitors and local alike, which is always a great sign.
They offer a pretty wide variety of freshly made paninos, i.e. made to order with warmed and toasted bread, sliced to order meat, and a variety of various toppings. My advice is to keep it simple, get there a bit early, order + eat, and maybe get back in line!

Excellent place to have a very well made and exquisite panini. We bought them in passing and didn't have time to take a photo. The mortadella one was great and the vegetarian one, which they allowed to change the cheese, was delicious. Very good option if you don't want to spend money and eat well.

Whenever I go to Bologna I MUST have a visit to mò Lab or I’m not gonna enjoy the trip! I only wish they’ll consider a place to sit😁

Come a dire, dovrebbe rientrare in una categoria a parte, e non essere assimilato a ristoranti e pizzerie (dove viene valutato anche ambiente, servizio al tavolo ecc)
La qualità del prodotto è eccellente, il panino è buonissimo, ma non c'è alternativa a mangiarlo in piedi (non esiste neppure un tavolino dove poter poggiare un bicchiere), quindi alla fine abbiamo scelto l'opzione "a portar via" e ci siamo andati a cercare un posto dove sederci
ps: una nota positiva l'estrema simpatia del personale che prepara i panini, giovani e piacevolmente sorridenti (nonostante il ritmo frenetico dei clienti non gli lasci un attimo di respiro)

Très bonne experience, etablissement proche de la place maggiore.
Prix des sandwichs très contenus autour des 6 / 7 euros hors boissons.
Qualité super !
Un seul sujet, il faudra déguster debout dans la rue..
