Delicious sandwiches. We tried several versions and they were all EXTREMELY good. Served with a cold Peroni, that's all you need 😀

The mortedals here are legendary. I loved the pistachio one. Even though there was a line ahead of me, it moved very quickly. And it was worth the wait.

The reviews are great, but... it's just a fresh roll with possibly good quality, fresh toppings, and possibly good quality mortadella, made fresh after you order it. That's a plus. I was curious where these reviews and the place's popularity came from, and I was expecting some kind of cosmic culinary experience, but instead it's just a fresh roll with possibly good quality, fresh toppings (...) etc. etc.

This was our first meal after landing and I gotta say, it set expectations high. The mortadella is sublime and it's inexpensive. The sandwiches are huge if you eat one alone, you probably don't need food for awhile... The line is long though but it moves. One of the worker comes around handing out the menu for you to see in advance while on line.

28/11/2025: The pistachio "bull's-eye" pastry was amazing, and the chocolate one was very good too. The waiters were super friendly. The coffee was good as well. Perhaps the only downside was the loud music on the radio. I would definitely go back.
21/11/2025: The Attibassi bistro in Bologna is a spacious, well-kept, and truly beautiful place. The owners, Elvin and Irma, are warm, kind, and always available. Their son, Alex, also deserves a special mention: he makes impeccable coffee. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, but their real strength is their Albanian cuisine, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that I absolutely recommend you try. Every dish exudes tradition and authenticity. In short, for me, it's one of the best bistros in Bologna: welcoming, authentic, and with excellent quality in both service and food. I highly recommend it!

01/11/2025: High-quality ingredients expertly crafted. In short: signature artisanal gelato. Among the flavors I've tasted, I'd like to highlight a few "original" ones, a true delight for the palate. They also offer—reservations recommended—great options for celebrating birthdays and other occasions, or for making a great impression at a friend's house. The Sacher semifreddo (cake or individual portion) is superb.
