Miyako Sushi Restaurant In Polignano a mare

06/06/2025: Our favorite sushi! It's been our favorite sushi for years, we go there at least once a week and we always feel at home. Even though it's my first review, I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the quality and consistency of this place. The nigiri are simply delicious, prepared with care and with an excellent balance between rice and fish. There was only a short period in which they started to make them a little too big, with too much rice compared to usual... we almost thought about changing. But luckily they immediately returned to the usual quality! Maybe the sushi man was just on vacation 😊 My compliments to all the staff, and I recommend it with great pleasure to those who love good sushi made with passion.

23/05/2025: The best among All You Can Eat restaurants in Bari All food was cooked and served quickly. Very warm and fresh and the sashimi is of very good quality. Much better than the famous AYCE restaurant in Rome There is nothing of this great quality in Rome... I will miss you a lot
