Cena tipica sarda, un' esperienza fantastica per le nostre papille gustative.Si parte da un antipasto ricco con salumi e formaggi,salsiccia di cinghiale e carciofi.Poi i malloreddus ,le fregole e l' immancabile porceddu.Si termina con un assaggio di dolci veramente buoni(seadas, crostate...)e delicati.Complimenti a tutti anche per il servizio attento e la gentilezza! Bravissimo lo chef 👏. Prezzi onesti date l abbondanza e la qualità del cibo offerto.

La Sardegna in tavola! Essendo la nostra prima volta, ovviamente ci affidiamo al Menu Degustazione: antipasto sontuoso (salumi, formaggi, carciofi), ravioli alla Campidanese, con ricotta e limone, superbi, poi il classico porceddu, integrato dalla Pecora in Cappotto, un'autentica sorpresa! In entrambi i casi, la carne risulta morbidissima, frutto di un'accurata cottura. I dolci, poi, sono una sublimazione finale, con assaggi per tutti i gusti: la sorpresa è un dolce a base di sedano e mandorle fantastico! Scrivendone il giorno dopo, nonostante la quantità di cibo, la digeribilità è stata perfetta!

An exceptional place to say the least.
Let's start with Gabriele, known as Pierino, the owner who is super kind and friendly and gives you this feeling as if you are at home and not in a restaurant.
The quality of the food is super excellent, you can see that they put love and passion into it.
We took the tasting menu and I must say that in addition to the quality of the cheeses and cured meats, the portions are super generous.
I fell in love with Maloreddusu and porceddu (piglet) as well as sebadas and grandma's cake which I love.
I can't wait to return to see Gabriele again and eat those authentic Sardinian tastes and flavors in the atmosphere that their Sardinians know how to convey.
If you are into La Spezia you can't help but come to dinner here.
Reservation is highly recommended.

We went to Mistura Fina, a wonderful Sardinian place, it inspired me a lot because I am actually Sardinian. As soon as you enter you feel at home, you are welcomed with a smile by the owner.🥰
The well-furnished room is adorned with typical Sardinian paintings, in which the history of Sardinia is told.
The dishes are all typical of our land from appetizers to desserts.
Really very good dishes, for those who want to try su proceddeddu (piglet) well you are in the right place guys.
The menu is extraordinary.
I highly recommend this restaurant which in my opinion is the best restaurant in La Spezia.❤️

Sardinian cuisine place with a Sardinian owner who does the honors of the house! Family atmosphere, typical dishes cooked ad hoc. The specialty is porceddu, but donkey is also delicious. The very delicate desserts. Wine and myrtle deserve it!
