We took the "earth tasting" which was all very good although I would have preferred a larger portion of pasta.

I waited to write the review after having been a guest of the restaurant on several occasions, family, large group etc.. the external location as well as the interior are certainly valuable, the wait staff is competent and attentive, the waiting times are in keeping with the fact that the kitchen processes the preparations on the spot, but in any case within the limits without long waits between one course and another (which arrive together for all the diners), the cellar is certainly of interest.

The restaurant is located in an ancient and characteristic building from the early 1800s; the room with an exposed brick vault that forms large arches, and small arches above the windows. An architectural masterpiece. Moderate intensity lights create a private and intimate environment. The reserved and discreet welcome. The table set with class: the rich cutlery, the fine tableware.
The welcome was very pleasant, then the choice went for the land tasting menu. Well cooked, well plated dishes. Each course is a delight for the throat, a feast for the eyes. The ingredients used are of extra quality. The very extensive wine list: Piedmontese, Italian and even wines from beyond the border. The choice went for a noble Dolcetto from Diano d'Alba. A choice linked to aging that is not too prolonged over time. The service, in three words: attentive, precise, discreet. A special dinner for an important occasion.

Comida excepcional; estante de cordero de Nueva Zelanda muy recomendable. Gran vino local, hospitalidad excepcional. Fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena una visita! Nuestro perro fue hecho muy en casa con golosinas y un cuenco de agua.
