Absolutely worth visiting. For those like me who are passionate about the history of the Knights Templar it feels like going back in time. You don't pay anything to visit it.

Magnificent Romanesque. Polychrome coffered ceiling. It still has some polychrome murals on the walls.

The museum under the cathedral is impressive, the "succorpo" itinerary between the pre-existing historical stratifications under the cathedral, excellently set up and documented. The other pearl is the Exsultet parchment, a truly interesting document.

04/01/2025: A "different" place from the usual ones located in Gioia del Colle (in a restricted traffic area and parking is a bit complicated) offering tigelle and fried gnocco at will to accompany the many platters available Prices not very high but very slow service
13/10/2024: Nice place, all in stone with barrel vaults, where you can eat excellent cured meats with tigelle and fried gnocchi.

12/01/2025: I ordered two cakes for my twins, beyond the aesthetics, they were exquisite and I received compliments from all the guests. Even the dry pastries ordered a few months ago for my birthday were delicious and very welcome, in short everything is super. Compliments.
08/01/2025: Excellent service and a lot of availability. I highly recommend it
