Missbake In Bologna

The cake I ordered for my birthday was beautiful and identical to what I asked for. Not to mention the goodness. Great work!!

I chose to try Missbake intrigued by the reviews for a Saturday morning brunch. Stefania proposed an excellent bagel (you can choose between different fillings and varieties of bread) served together with vegetable side dishes, a choice of coffee or tea, and a slice of cake from those available. The place is charming and well-kept, the quality and goodness of the dishes are striking, and personally I found the delicious selection of biscuits in the window to be of profound interest (which unfortunately I haven't tried yet, but which I can't wait to taste as soon as possible, as well as the matcha latte 😋), the scent of the cinnamon rolls being prepared, the lovely open kitchen. A "little place" waiting to be discovered - as well as the selection of other lunch options - in which the beauty of things prepared on the spot and with love triumphs.

A cuddle! Little place that really gives off “cozy vibes”. Various vegan and non-vegan solutions are available. If you want to drink a hot drink, you can take the cup, choose the sachet and next to you there is the kettle with which you can prepare the infusion/tea/herbal tea. I was looking for a place to have a snack, rest and charge my phone, I found all three. The (delicious) cakes are sold by weight, I took 3 types: Red velvet, absolute favorite (highly recommended) carrot cake, very good and vegan with citrus fruits that I ate on the train. There are also many cookies with particular flavor combinations. The next time I return to Bologna it will be an obligatory stop. Very kind owner, while I was having a snack I was able to admire her while she was decorating a cake, having the workshop in sight.

Got a birthday cake from Stefania, lovely lady and the cake was amazing. Highly recommended!
