I discovered this small pastry shop a few weeks ago and tried it several times in just a few days. Besides having a very kind owner, it offers products with an exceptional taste and balance of sweetness. The tiramisu is delicious, assembled and served freshly in an impeccable and original way, but the true masterpiece is the cinnamon roll, incredibly balanced and light. It also comes in a vegan version, lower in fat than the regular version, and deserves a generous 5 stars. For me, it's definitely in the top 5 of Bologna's bakeries.

For five years now, owner Stefania has been my constant point of contact for every birthday, and the reason is simple: her ability to combine the highest-quality ingredients with a thoughtful focus on well-being. A discovery that changed my life I ended up at Stefania's by chance, due to my need to keep blood sugar spikes under control. For those with this problem, sweets are often a taboo, but here I found the solution. My favorite cake—a perfect combination of chocolate and berries—is made with alternative sugars that don't impact my health. The proof: I personally tested my blood sugar before and after eating a normal slice of cake: after an hour, my blood sugar remained stable, without any spikes. An incredible result. The Secret to Success with Friends The first time, I decided not to tell my guests it was a "special" cake for fear of prejudice. The result? It sold like hotcakes! Not only did everyone love it, but they literally bombarded me with questions about where I'd ordered it, amazed by its lightness and intense flavor. Today, my friends wait until the end of dinner just to taste it. If you want to be on the safe side, ask for "Torta Stefano" (that's what we've been calling it for years now!). My advice: Be generous with the portions, because everyone is practically guaranteed to have seconds. The best tiramisu I’ve ever had, its reputation is completely deserved 🩷 and the other stars are the people who work there, they’re absolute rays of sunshine 🥹 From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness, it’s impossible not to smile 💕 They’re just so lovely, so sweet and so incredibly cute!! The place is lovely too and everything looks so tasty! You’ll leave with a happy heart and a full tummy, it’s pure joy all around 🩷 RUN THERE!
