Excellent, truly excellent evening. Defining perfect might be an exaggeration but there it is. Truly exceptional dishes (I didn't cry over the mullet because I'm of a certain age). Splendid wines. Wonderful room staff. We will be back

Truly high level lunch, each course surpassed the previous one! When we got to the ice cream moment there we literally melted! How can something so simple have such a truly priceless flavor.
Both Philippe and his staff were wonderful throughout the lunch
