Excellent value, helpful staff, and a friendly and knowledgeable bartender. If you're staying in Frabosa, this is the perfect choice. The scenery is enchanting, and the cocktails will leave you speechless.

Wonderful weekend. The jacuzzi is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help you. The spa doesn't have a whirlpool, just saunas and showers. However, there is an outdoor jacuzzi that can be booked separately at the spa.

Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, there were excellent spaces for children with the addition of entertainment at various times of the day.

I booked a deluxe package to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The hotel is strategically located in the mountains. Aperitif in the jacuzzi was a fantastic experience, as was dinner in the exclusive spa, but it wouldn't have been the same without the attention of the very kind Paola, who accompanied us every step of the way through this magical experience. Excellent food, great hygiene and cleanliness, and incredibly helpful and kind staff. Thank you all.

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, nice room, very small bathroom. Children's entertainment could be improved; the staff is reliable and friendly, but not very lively and proactive. The afternoon hours for leaving children at the Mini Club are not continuous, making them unsuitable for couples who want a few hours together without paying for babysitting. Indoor children's play areas are a bit neglected and should be reviewed.

It is a good compromise between a structure for families with children and an elegant mountain hotel. We noticed the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, both when booking and upon our arrival. The hotel is clean, offers various services for children such as recreational activities, and at meals they can eat with their parents or with each other at small tables. The food is good and there is enough choice at the buffet (however, I can't say whether it is varied because we only stayed one day and one night) The restaurant, like the rooms (including the bathroom), have been modernized with attention to detail (unpretentious but tasteful furnishings). The only flaw is that the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear quite a bit of voices and noises from the neighbors and from the landing. The spa is quite small, but well maintained. If there were also a small hydromassage pool it would be perfect... The price is in line with the quality of the service offered. For us it was a positive experience and we were pleased to see the attention that the staff paid to our child. Greetings to the animators Luca and Veronica 💖

Very pleasant hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent cuisine. Let me make a suggestion: in the shower, in addition to the shower head, you need a manual shower head to help children who wash themselves.

Very helpful staff ... they even brought forward the breakfast time to allow us to leave by 7.3.. small but nice rooms clean nice evening bonfire with cocktails
