Good location and friendly staff. Food was plentiful and good quality. Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit stuffy, and if I could offer a suggestion, the building could use more lighting. The lights were too dim, and it was too dark from early in the morning. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

I returned to this pleasant hotel after 15 years. The location is comfortable and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel at home. The food is excellent and plentiful, as always. It's lovely to meet up and chat in the evening on the sofas on the terrace, immersed in the snow, in front of a lovely crackling wood fire. It's convenient to have a private ski room. I'll definitely be back.

This was our fourth time at the Miramonti. We always love the hotel, the location, and the entertainment.

Excellent value for money! We spent a pleasant few days at the Miramonti Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and spacious (we had a deluxe room), the breakfast and buffet were excellent (we were skeptical about the buffet, but it was exceptional! Everything was delicious and top-quality! Everything was freshly made!), the play areas for children were adequate (especially if you spend most of the day outside and only use them in the afternoon and/or evening), the girl at the mini club was very sweet and empathetic with the children (as one should be when working with children, but unfortunately, that's not a given), the shuttle service to the Malanotte chairlift was very convenient (this way we avoided taking the car), the parking was convenient, the bar service was always open, and the option of a massage with a professional was very relaxing. Unfortunately, we didn't use the spa, so I can't comment. The only thing this hotel lacks is an indoor pool (I saw there's a heated outdoor hot tub, though) and the lobby could use some updating (for example, removing the carpeting). Overall, however, the hotel is very satisfactory. It was a great find! Worth considering for other trips out of town!

We are a family of four and stayed at the Hotel Family Miramonti, booking a family room. We were assigned a double room with an internal connecting door, a very convenient solution, especially with children. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. At the restaurant, especially in the evening, we enjoyed the wide variety of buffet dishes, with something for all tastes. The staff was always very kind, polite, and helpful, helping to make our stay pleasant. A positive experience, the hotel is recommended for families.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent with a wide variety. We reached the slopes by booking the free shuttle, which also picked us up. We dined in a private room next to the buffet, allowing us to dine with our dog. It was very convenient, so we never had to leave her in the room. Our children didn't participate in the entertainment, but the idea of ​​a children's buffet was also very nice. Excellent hotel. I would gladly return and recommend it.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Skilift, under the same management, as the Miramonti was already fully booked. However, we had the opportunity to try the spa services, including the Jacuzzi—the beautiful 38°C outdoor hot tub. It was truly enjoyable, explained to us in great detail by Aurora, one of the two staff members. She is knowledgeable and competent, and I also had a delightful and relaxing 50-minute massage in the cabin in a truly pleasant setting. Their manual skills were greatly appreciated. I also want to give a special shout-out to all the staff at both establishments: young, enterprising, courteous, knowledgeable, and available to resolve any issues. Well done everyone!

We often go to Miramonti because we know we'll find a place where friendly and professional staff will do everything they can to provide the best service! This year, we found lots of snow, and the kids played a lot, even near the hotel! Dogs are welcome, bottle warmers are always available, and baby food is available for weaning babies—in short, it's perfect for our current needs. The only downside this time was the entertainment, while friendly, wasn't particularly engaging!
