We were truly satisfied with everything. Angelo's helpfulness at the reception, the attentiveness in the dining room, the truly excellent food, the experiences with Noemi that were accessible even to our little one, who even had several play options, the spa...the location and the truly appreciated attention. If I really had to find a flaw, but only with the aim of improving an already excellent hospitality, it would be the lack of comfort of the beds and pillows (sometimes this is also a subjective issue).

Recommended!! We spent 1 night at this hotel. It's a family-friendly hotel but also excellent for a couples' vacation. The food is excellent, and the staff is attentive to every need. We'll be back to try the spa (there's the option of exclusive use of the spa, e.g., Deluxe Package). Thank you so much.

I spent a weekend at this hotel. The service was courteous and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was the shower head, not the handheld showerhead. The hotel offers full board. Meals are buffet style, with salads available to prepare to your liking, and appetizers, first courses, and second courses with sides are also available. I ate well and had plenty of food. Breakfast was also good, and the pancakes were excellent! Recommended!

Excellent value, helpful staff, and a friendly and knowledgeable bartender. If you're staying in Frabosa, this is the perfect choice. The scenery is enchanting, and the cocktails will leave you speechless.

Wonderful weekend. The jacuzzi is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help you. The spa doesn't have a whirlpool, just saunas and showers. However, there is an outdoor jacuzzi that can be booked separately at the spa.

Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, there were excellent spaces for children with the addition of entertainment at various times of the day.

I booked a deluxe package to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The hotel is strategically located in the mountains. Aperitif in the jacuzzi was a fantastic experience, as was dinner in the exclusive spa, but it wouldn't have been the same without the attention of the very kind Paola, who accompanied us every step of the way through this magical experience. Excellent food, great hygiene and cleanliness, and incredibly helpful and kind staff. Thank you all.

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, nice room, very small bathroom. Children's entertainment could be improved; the staff is reliable and friendly, but not very lively and proactive. The afternoon hours for leaving children at the Mini Club are not continuous, making them unsuitable for couples who want a few hours together without paying for babysitting. Indoor children's play areas are a bit neglected and should be reviewed.
