It is a good compromise between a structure for families with children and an elegant mountain hotel. We noticed the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, both when booking and upon our arrival. The hotel is clean, offers various services for children such as recreational activities, and at meals they can eat with their parents or with each other at small tables. The food is good and there is enough choice at the buffet (however, I can't say whether it is varied because we only stayed one day and one night) The restaurant, like the rooms (including the bathroom), have been modernized with attention to detail (unpretentious but tasteful furnishings). The only flaw is that the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear quite a bit of voices and noises from the neighbors and from the landing. The spa is quite small, but well maintained. If there were also a small hydromassage pool it would be perfect... The price is in line with the quality of the service offered. For us it was a positive experience and we were pleased to see the attention that the staff paid to our child. Greetings to the animators Luca and Veronica 💖

Very pleasant hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent cuisine. Let me make a suggestion: in the shower, in addition to the shower head, you need a manual shower head to help children who wash themselves.

Very helpful staff ... they even brought forward the breakfast time to allow us to leave by 7.3.. small but nice rooms clean nice evening bonfire with cocktails

Very welcoming hotel, with warm and well-kept rooms. The structure is equipped with a small but functional, clean and comfortable SPA. The staff proved attentive and helpful to our needs both before (at the time of booking) and during our stay. Even though we stayed out of season, the hotel is in a strategic position with respect to the ski resorts and summer activities. Excellent breakfast and dinner with generous portions and practically no waiting.

It's a nice hotel. But there is nothing "family hotel" about it. Hotel side is a good hotel, friendly staff, welcoming bars and restaurants and with good and varied food from day to day. Rooms like this and so, if you're lucky you end up in spacious and modern rooms, otherwise they are small and still have 80s furnishings and finishes. The outdoor space is beautiful, panoramic terrace, evening bonfire, ample parking, there is also an outdoor jacuzzi. Just be careful that to enter there are two flights of VERY steep steps so those with strollers or prams are a problem. Very quiet area. On the "family hotel" side, well the games for children you find in this hotel can be found anywhere. There's nothing much to them. The entertainment (subcontracted to a third-party agency) is present only in certain time slots and dedicated to activities purely for ages from 6/8 years upwards. Here too, if you're lucky, the couple of entertainers do their part, otherwise, as happened to us, it was always one of the two who invented something for the children to do. There is an internal games room left to age, broken, scattered games, cobwebs and not very clean and poorly lit. However, it would be very useful after dinner when it starts to get cool outside at a certain time for them. One thing that I consider important to review in terms of safety is to re-evaluate the limit of how far cars can reach and approach to get out and unload luggage because currently cars (customers, suppliers, etc.) practically arrive where there are areas and passages dedicated to children. The accident almost occurred while we were there (second week of August 2024). How can you give more than 3 stars when you think you'll make your children happy but then you discover that the hotel is half-equipped for them? You feel a little bad about it too as a parent...

Very welcoming, well-kept hotel, very pleasant and warm common areas, well-furnished, spaces for children. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very kind, restaurant with a wide choice and excellent quality, even for non-meat eaters. The dining room staff is perfect. I give four stars to the service and not five because the only flaw is the entertainment service for children, which for a family hotel is not an insignificant detail. One day out of two the entertainers did not show up at the hotel at all, and it was Sunday so the middle of the weekend (!), even though we had also booked the additional paid service for the youngest child to be able to access the spa. So we were not able to access the spa, which was otherwise very beautiful. Entertainment and spa were the main reasons why we had chosen this hotel, not very convenient for us. In the absence of the entertainers, moreover, access to one of the two games rooms was not provided, which was closed, nor was snack time for the children... in short, a bit of a disservice, I repeat, for a family hotel, for the rest instead very well-kept and very organized. We were probably unlucky and got the wrong weekend!
