A beautiful campsite on a clifftop with wonderful views and breathtaking sunsets. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and there's a great restaurant. And—which is quite rare—the campsite is open all year round!

Beautiful place, kind and helpful staff.

The view is beautiful. The campsite is excellent. Clean, tidy, and the staff was kind to me. There's one thing that takes away all the stars: the shower. Let me explain: I'm fine with saving water, but you can't limit the time you spend in the shower, as not all people are the same. Someone like me with oily skin always smells if they don't clean themselves properly. What can I say? Even in my military days, I didn't have 6 and a half minutes; they gave me 10. So as long as they give me 3 and a half minutes of water, it's fine, but at least they have time to wash. Update. Thanks for the reply.

We arrived in November on the evening ferry from Sardinia – and although the reception officially closes at 8 pm, the team kindly waited for us and had everything ready. Thank you so much – it was a warm welcome after a long journey! It wasn't until the next morning that we could really explore before heading home. The campsite is in a beautiful location: the sea was just a stone's throw from our pitch, and the pitches in the first row even have their own terrace – simply fantastic! The sanitary facilities were clean and well-maintained, there was clear waste separation, and even a small information point with lots of tips for excursions and activities around Livorno. It's a shame we could only stay one night – we would have loved to stay longer. A place we'll definitely return to!

We stayed for three nights in early November with our campervan. Unfortunately, all the sea-view pitches (including private terraces and furniture) were already booked. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy a sea view from the second row. ☺️ The pitches were a good size, although you have to maneuver a bit to get in. They have everything you need, even if the small shop seems a little uninviting – everything looks well-maintained. We were particularly pleased with the small "dog area" – even though it was on the other side of the busy road. The location is absolutely unsuitable for hiking from the campsite! However, there's a bus to Livorno every half hour, which we used. Dogs absolutely need a muzzle on this bus! Many reviews mention the railway line – but it didn't bother us at all! :)

As a couple, we spent nine fantastic days at this wonderful campsite with our caravan during the shoulder season at the end of October. Our goal was to explore the beautiful Tuscany region. During the day, we were mostly out and about, only returning to the campsite in the evenings. The campsite is situated on a very beautiful, rocky coastline with stunning sunsets. However, it's worth noting that this means you can't take long walks on the beach directly from the campsite. The facilities offer everything you need for camping. While some parts are a bit dated, the campsite was always very clean and well-maintained. The campsite shop stocks all the essentials, and if you don't feel like cooking, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant. The campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. A railway line runs alongside the campsite, but this didn't bother us personally. We appreciated the central location near the city of Livorno, and there's also public transport available at the campsite. The campsite was perfect for our needs, and we would definitely return. We were here at the end of October. The shop was quite run down, a bit of a shame as there were still a lot of guests. Playroom for the children closed unfortunately. The pool was not heated, certainly nice in the summer. But in the autumn it was too cold to swim. We had a sea view patio, nice view, but the terrace itself was in pretty bad condition. It leans quite a bit, probably needs to be renovated or rebuilt. Otherwise nice campsite. Clean and nice. Nice staff. Easy bus about 600 meters from the campsite to the center of Livorno. A bit expensive for low season considering that a lot was closed and the selection in the shop was pretty crap. Could have halved the price for the campsite in the autumn. We paid about 500 euros for 6 nights.

The property is truly beautiful with a spectacular view. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything is well-organized. I definitely recommend it.

The overall experience at this excellent campsite was truly positive. The bungalows are very clean and fragrant, which makes arrival and stay very pleasant. The generosity in providing plenty of towels and toiletries is greatly appreciated. The campsite is clean and well-maintained overall. A strong point is undoubtedly the excellent private parking, which offers great convenience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. There are, however, a couple of small flaws regarding the maintenance of the bungalows: the doors are old and don't close well, and in some cases the shutters are stuck. One final note about service: they sell cigarettes at reception but don't accept debit cards for these types of purchases, a detail worth keeping in mind for those who need them. Despite the small structural defects, the comfort, cleanliness, and courtesy of the staff make this campsite excellent and highly recommended.

Our vacation in September 2025 began with disappointment. The booked seafront pitch with its own terrace was not available. After some back and forth, Alexandra (a German employee – best wishes and thanks again) and the manager found a solution that saved our vacation and left us very satisfied. A big compliment for that! The site is beautifully situated and offers a fantastic view of the sea. It seemed as though someone was always busy cleaning the restrooms. The individual cabins are spacious and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant offers good food in a pleasant atmosphere. The good bus connections for exploring the coast to the north and south are also worth mentioning. Despite a bumpy start, we had a great time and would love to come back.
