One of my favorite restaurants in Puglia! 🇮🇹 Italian seafood cuisine, ultra-fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. The pasta and seafood are exceptional, and the tiramisu is to die for. Special mention for their fish baked in a salt crust. The service is always impeccable, and the owners are incredibly kind! A must-try—I highly recommend it! 🍷✨

It's the best restaurant in the area. Located right on the Torre Santa Sabina marina, the menu is delicious: from appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent. My favorite dish is the cacio e pepe with raw shrimp. The wine selection is excellent.

For my partner and I, it's a must-try, and we couldn't ask for anything better because we always get a guaranteed experience here. As regulars, we can say the quality is excellent, and you can tell they know what they're doing, starting with the stunning location right on the sea. The raw ham is marvelous, its absolute freshness evident in the aroma as soon as it arrives at the table, making us want to eat it in abundance. ​But we have to be honest and admit that the real reason we always come back is the pasta dishes. For us, they're truly the best in the world, cooked to perfection and with generous portions that are filling and delicious, with that true seafood flavor that has sadly been lost elsewhere. Even when the place is packed, service is quick and the waiters are alert. Michele is the soul of this place, always kind and helpful, making us feel at home and not just like numbers.

Delicious food, friendly service

I recommend Michele for his excellent first courses, always tasty and plentiful. He always manages to please every customer if he can. The appetizers and main courses are also very good, but you obviously have to choose wisely. The place is very welcoming and family-friendly, especially the part overlooking the sea. Service is attentive and fairly fast. Michele is a delightful and friendly person. I recommend him if you want to spend an evening by the sea.

Excellent Sunday lunch, with tasty, generous, and refined dishes—while maintaining a rustic, tasteful feel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, we'll be back.
