Ate in the lakeside restaurant - staff seemed distracted to say the least - constantly looking around and jumping into other conversations whilst "interacting" with us. Food was very nice when it turned up.

One of the few hotels on Lake Garda with a view directly onto the lake. Central location in Lazise. Obviously for this reason it does not have a parking space which could be a problem to find if not paid with exaggerated prices for those staying for a few days. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom excellent as I have rarely found. Our room with small balconies overlooking the lake was really large. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. If you are lucky enough to be able to have breakfast on the terrace the view is unique. The only flaw is the cappuccino which is paid for, otherwise you can drink hot milk with coffee but it's not the same. A few steps from the hotel you can take a ferry that conveniently connects all the towns on the lake. Overall I would happily stay there again.

Top, super friendly, clean, spacious and great location. We had to go to the hotel at short notice because our motorhome had a new starter installed. We received a very friendly welcome and had a great day in a great location. Lavish breakfast with a lake view, very good cappuccino. Many thanks to Graziella and team, we can only recommend.
