An enviable location, even higher than the Minervino Murge "Lighthouse," the view is breathtaking, dominating the entire valley below, with Mount Vulture looming on the horizon. A landscape that evokes distant, even prehistoric, times. I was lucky enough to see it on a rainy afternoon, with the clouds thinning and the golden sunset shaping everything. The restaurant is welcoming but a bit dated, with lots of wood. Very spacious, like a huge shell clinging to the mountain. It offers a miracle of traditional and gourmet cuisine, masterfully crafting top-quality ingredients. The amberjack carpaccio is unforgettable.
I've been away for a while. I'll be back soon to update this review. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite.
I didn't wait because I had a reservation, as reservations were recommended.
