The Mila Bistro in Bolzano is an absolute highlight for anyone looking for a great culinary experience! As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will notice the inviting atmosphere - modern, cozy and with a touch of elegance. The service is super efficient and incredibly friendly, which makes your stay here even more pleasant. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The real highlight, however, is the food - especially the Tiramisu Espresso, which you should definitely take with you! As seen in the picture, it is beautifully presented: a creamy tiramisu perfectly layered with a light mascarpone cream, a touch of cocoa and an intense espresso that pools at the bottom of the glass. It is served with a crispy sponge cake that gives the whole thing a great texture. The taste is simply heavenly - the balance between sweet and slightly bitter espresso is perfectly struck. I can highly recommend Mila Bistro to anyone traveling in Bolzano. Whether for a coffee, a dessert or a full meal - you won't be disappointed here. A place I will definitely visit again! Gnocchi with pepper cream and spicy sausage, really very good. Friendly staff in a pleasant environment

Years ago it was the restaurant where I ate on my lunch breaks. Always excellent food, ready in no time. Now I go there to drink coffee with tiramisu or in any case to have a hearty breakfast on a Saturday morning. Recommended, even if the prices are a little high.

I have lunch at the Mila bistro once a week and I have a great time, the menu varies and changes every week and every day there is another dish of the day. I can highly recommend to everyone

There are a lot of people at lunch time, but the queue doesn't take too long. You can choose a main meal and pair it with a salad bar. Amazing portions, fresh and delicious. There is the sound of cows mooing in the toilet, which is quite interesting after eating.
