This is our top pick for breakfast and coffee. We came back after 4 years (2022 -> 2026) and still it’s the best - every time you can try something new and you can be sure it’s going to be great. I hope we will come again in few years and it will be exactly the same! Mostly locals come there which only proves the quality. But as a tourist you will feel welcomed as everyone is helpful. 10/10 :)

We went to Midolo bar in Syracuse and had the best arancini we've ever had! The crispy outer crust and the soft, flavorful interior were simply perfect. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff was very kind. The place is small but cozy. If you're in Syracuse and looking for authentic, delicious arancini, this is the place! We'll definitely be back to try more! 😋👍"

We had one ragu arancini and two prosciutto arancini... delicious. We also had a puff pastry tart with prosciutto and cheese and a sfogliatella, also puff pastry with prosciutto and cheese, both spectacular. All for 17 euros for 3 people

08/01/2026: Very nice vegan spot. I stopped by for dessert and enjoyed a quiet moment on the couch with a cappuccino and a vegan cannolo. While I personally prefer the traditional version, I’m glad I tried it. The lady there was very kind and welcoming. I’d be curious to try their food next time, despite the mixed reviews.

13/11/2025: We have followed the recommandation of the guide book once again and it was very nice. We had these delicious typical flat sandwiches. Staff is very friendly. A very good place to go for lunch!
28/10/2025: A lovely spot in Syracuse, in a very friendly local setting. Warm welcome and excellent food. Convenient for families with children. We loved it!
