The arancini and desserts are excellent. The pastry shop is a bit dated, but the staff is friendly and helpful. A must-visit for anyone visiting Syracuse.

The atmosphere is very simple in the best sense of the word, and the cannoli are superb. I'll be back to try the arancini. Five stars for now, and I'm looking to increase. 😉

It's a bar with a few tables on the street but with excellent food. The Sicilian pasta is excellent. The arancini are good but not exceptional. The pastries are excellent. Prices are average.

We were recommended this place as the best arancini in the area and it did not disappoint. The ragu arancini is the best I have ever had. And there isn’t even a close second. They have the sauce and meat mixed in with all of the rice inside the crust and it was to die for. Do yourself a favor and come here before going over to Ortigia for an arancini.

L’arancino più buono dell’universo, abbiamo assaggiato quello cacio e pepe, le siciliane e lo sformato tuma e acciughe. Staff cordiale e gentile. La cassiera, la signora Gabry simpatica come poche. Abbiamo anche assaggiato i pasticcini ed il tartufo gelato, una goduria per il palato. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Abbiamo provato sia gli arancini che sono buonissimi ma quello che mi ha lasciato senza parole è stato il cannolo classico,la fine del mondo!Se volete assaggiare un vero cannolo andate qui!

01/07/2025: Brioche with cream of your choice for only €3.50. Very filled brioche, even too much hahaha. Hot chocolate, however, without milk (only melted chocolate)
30/06/2025: Traditional pastry shop and more near the main square of Ortigia. Indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect table service. Brioches with jams, cream, chocolate, pistachio, Cannoli, Pastries... everything excellent... cappuccino and coffee well made. Recommended for a good breakfast.

21/06/2025: Great place! This was our first dinner after arriving in Sicily. We were very kindly welcomed. The food was amazing, we had four starters and two types of gnocchi. The portions were large, great value for money. The children were treated to very high-quality ice cream, grazie!!
