At the entrance, the owner welcomes you in an affable and friendly manner - a rarity these days -, invites you to sit down and, if it's your first time, explains the philosophy of the place. It makes you feel more like a guest than a customer, which is no small plus. Order and cleanliness are certainly another pride of the place. The ingredients are practically all local: from cured meats to cheeses to vegetables and beer, a variety of which - really good - is made with reused miccone, following the "tra via niente" philosophy. But the king of the table is, obviously, the miccone: its softness envelops the ingredients allowing the palate to enjoy them in all their goodness.
The initiative on Thursday evening is commendable: the first drink is free to those who leave their mobile phone in a special box, thus setting aside the virtual dimension to experience the real dimension, that of conviviality and interpersonal relationships.
At Miccone there is a serene atmosphere, priority is given to customer happiness and satisfaction. Sorry if it's not much.

We went for breakfast and it's really nice, casual but has its own elegance. Advantages: the staff: intelligent, charming, pleasant, modest, enthusiastic, loving, talented, empathetic, self-confident, multifaceted, objective, understanding, persuasive, kind, self-critical, admirable, respectful, thoughtful, thoughtful, deserving, welcoming, pragmatic , educated, far-sighted, perfectionist, quick-change artist, composed, patient, ambivalent, clear and appreciative. Super ready to give advice, even more ready to take customer orders. 10/10 (we stayed there all morning laughing and joking with the staff while they worked).
