We stumbled upon this little restaurant beneath Monopoli Castle almost by accident... and thank goodness! A true discovery. A welcoming atmosphere, a stunning view, and undeniably high-quality dishes. We started with mixed crostini and a nice selection of appetizers: everything was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. But the real surprise was the fusilli with fava bean purée—a simple, traditional dish, but cooked so well it seemed special. A special thanks goes to Rita, whose professionalism, smile, and kindness made everything even more enjoyable. You can tell she's passionate about her work and knows how to welcome people properly. Fair prices, top-notch quality, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. A must-try if you're in Monopoli.
