MiBiò Bistrot In Milano

A wonderful dinner for two at MiBiò. The food was 100% plant-based and well-crafted, with flavors that even those unfamiliar with vegetarian food will enjoy. The service was friendly and attentive. We tried the traditional tasting menu and the MiBiò menu, and I loved everything. Kudos to the owners for their quality and courage.

Excellent quality, fair price and kind service

I've read some discouraging reviews, but I think they're completely unfounded... Really tasty dishes, generous portions, more than fair prices. Unfortunately, the wine selection is limited.

Ho letto alcune recensioni sconfortanti, ma ritengo che siano del tutto infondate... Piatti realmente gustosi, porzioni abbondanti, prezzo più che onesto. Purtroppo poca scelta enologica.

The dishes speak for themselves. One of the best risottos I've ever eaten! Congratulations!

A truly wonderful experience! The setting was serene and calm, with a good selection of dishes, a lovely green asparagus salad that was cleverly seasoned, and ravioli served hot with a smooth and flavorful cream sauce. Definitely worth trying, even if you're not vegan.

Being a vegetarian I have already eaten in other vegan restaurants and I have to say that, as far as I'm concerned, it is the best I have tried, we went today for lunch and everything was really excellent and also the presentation of the dishes is very beautiful.

I have been to this restaurant several times under the old management and I have always liked it. Now, starting from January 2025, it has changed management and has improved even further! The location is still the same, simple, elegant and informal at the same time, the service is discreet and kind, but the menu is completely different. Now there are 5 complete courses from appetizer to dessert to choose from, all inviting, I tried 2 and they fully satisfied me (but it is always possible to order individual courses à la carte). The prices are in line with Milan standards (but on Wednesdays and Thursdays for dinner there is a 30% discount so it is convenient). The portions are filling, the presentation of the dishes is well-groomed, the tastes and consistencies are well-defined. Obviously everything is always 100% vegan but recommended to everyone, even omnivores and carnivores, because you don't notice any difference

Bravo! Even I, as a non-vegan, am extremely impressed by the great taste; all the ingredients were meticulously balanced and perfectly prepared. I didn't miss any meat, eggs, milk, or anything else! Great. Highly recommended, friendly hosts, cozy atmosphere.

Ho scoperto questo ristorante due anni fa, proprio quando ho iniziato la mia dieta vegana, e è stata una vera e propria rivelazione. Finalmente potevo gustare i piatti tipici della cucina italiana in versione vegana, e trovare quei sapori che a casa mi erano così difficili da replicare. Era un posto che mi faceva sentire a casa, con piatti deliziosi e un’atmosfera unica. Purtroppo, dopo il cambio di gestione, il menu è cambiato completamente e, purtroppo, non è più lo stesso. È triste vedere un ristorante che aveva un posto speciale nel mio cuore diventare qualcosa di diverso. Per me il vecchio ristorante rimarrà sempre un bel ricordo.
