It was already a point of reference but after the works the level has risen. Very nice and bright but above all clean place. As for the food, a guarantee, as always everything is fresh and very well prepared. Staff always very kind and with a smile, fast service. It remains among the best I've tried.

A fantastic dining experience in an elegant setting! Each dish is prepared with care and freshness, from appetizers to sushi: everything is simply delicious. The restaurant has recently been renovated and the furnishings are tasteful, perfectly in line with the refined and modern atmosphere of the restaurant. The well-studied design creates a welcoming and sophisticated environment, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a meeting with friends. For those who love quality Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting, this restaurant is a perfect choice!

We were there for lunch. Since I otherwise live in Switzerland, cleanliness is the be-all and end-all for me. Miami Suhi can deliver this standard. They use the latest technology to order (QR cose scan menu card and electronic ordering). The quality is very good and the food is really tasty. The friendly staff rounds everything off. In addition, a restaurant that is open at 12:00 is rather an exception (well seen and far too rare) for southern Italy. We will eat there often until the end of our vacation. Update Sep 2024: after renovation, the ambience is now also worth full points. Everything is simply delicious

30/12/2024: Boxing Day 2024. La Taverna del Coccodrillo is an excellent restaurant located in San Giorgio Jonico in the province of Taranto. I have been going there with my family and also with friends for years; I've always had a great time because the quality of the food and the meat in particular is excellent; the owners are two exquisite people; impeccable service and staff! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ well deserved👍💯
07/12/2024: The environment is too small to accommodate so many tables. You risk having a terrible evening amidst the noise and confusion of people who pay little attention to other customers.

05/01/2025: The place is really nice, friendly staff, helpful and ready to satisfy all customer requests, excellent and varied cuisine that mixes tradition with innovation. I recommend stopping by because it's worth it.
04/01/2025: In pieno centro di Martina Franca ma un po' nascosto, questo ristorante ha ampi ambienti con tavoli ben distanziati, bei spazi caldi e ben decorati. La carta sorprende per la presenza di piatti a una prima lettura elaborati ma dai sapori ben equilibrati e ricercati. Bombette accompagnate da insalata con salsa di soia, tartare di fassona, spaghetti di castagne al sugo di anatra con salsa di agrumi (che bontà!), guancia di manzo, tenerissima, con polenta arrosto, gnocchi alla fonduta di parmigiano con tartufo nero e infine il tiramisù in boccia di cioccolato. Tutto squisito e innaffiato con ottimo NERO di Troia Castel del Monte dop! Da non perdere a Martina F!
