The pizza and supplì are delicious and truly creative, as the name suggests. The dough is super light and easy to digest. The service from the friendly and helpful staff member was also excellent.

I’m just LOVING this restaurant! I wish I knew this place earlier!!! We were in the area, and craving for Pizzas. Just took a chance and gave it a try. OMG, the pizzas are just like the restaurant name, so creative with the design and I never had this type of pizza in my life. They were not only delicious but also pretty in the look. Absolutely will come again next time when I visit Rome! 100% recommend!

07/03/2026: Sunday lunch with the whole family 😇 a real surprise! Delicious porcini mushroom cellitti, impeccable risotto, calamari, tagliata... which was a spectacle, just like everything else. Friendly and professional service, top quality at a more than fair price. Thank you. We can't wait to return.

Gramigna Resistenza Culinaria

24/04/2026: I discovered this place several years ago, and at first, I was really won over: generous, creamy, and flavorful dishes—just the kind of street food that leaves you satisfied and wanting to return. Over time, however, and partly due to its growing success, I've noticed a slight decline in quality. Nothing drastic at first, so much so that I keep coming back, always trying new things. Unfortunately, our last experience didn't live up to expectations: we ordered a carbonara and a gricia, both of which arrived completely cold, not very creamy, and with significantly smaller portions than in the past. I had the feeling that the place struggles a bit when it's crowded, and this affects the quality of the dishes. Despite everything, I want to continue to trust it, because I know how much it can offer when it's at its best. I really hope to return and rediscover the flavors and attention to detail of our early days.
