Special gourmet pizza, very good, very digestible, excellent service, average prices for the type of place

We wanted to try the carrousel pizza and ordered two. The waiter brought us two regular Neapolitan pizzas. When we asked the waiter why the ones we ordered hadn't arrived, he replied that the pizza chef had made the mistake! You, waitress, apologize for whoever made the mistake... and then try to sell it to me anyway! We all make mistakes, but at the very least, apologize and don't pretend nothing happened. Extremely high prices. I wouldn't go back.

A welcoming, modern place with attention to detail, with friendly and passionate service. I chose the "Pink" pizza and it was a revelation: a very light and crispy dough on the outside, soft and airy on the inside – simply perfect! The combination of basil and lemon cream, stracciatella cheese, Adriatic pink shrimp tartare, and chia seeds is unique: fresh, balanced, and surprising with every bite. You can taste that every ingredient here is carefully chosen – high-quality extra virgin olive oil, local products, great attention to seasonality.
