I went on Saturday for a surprise dinner organized by my friends for my 50th birthday. Very kind and helpful owner. The service was excellent and what can I say, amazing pasta and beans!!! And let's not forget the excellent wine selection! Thanks again!

We had dinner at Mestè with friends. The place is very nice, the menu is essential and without too many frills. The food is average but definitely very expensive - €16 for a plate of blue cheese we honestly found excessive.
The service could be friendlier, we had a great time with the sommelier who recommended a very good wine. Less so with the waitress who at times seemed a little grumpy.
All in all, an average Milanese place, perfectly in line with the recent trend of wine-small plates of good quality and exaggerated cost.

Small restaurant with a few tables. Informal environment, a little spartan (there is no tablecloth on the tables). Excellent quality food. Elaborate and somewhat sophisticated dishes, such as roasted marrow, seasonal menu, limited choice. The owners - managers welcome you with a smile.

We had a great time. Starting from the attention and care of the chef in the dishes prepared with excellent raw materials up to the warm welcome in the room.
The menu has both vegetarian and gluten-free options, two requirements that are essential for my family's needs.
We spent a lovely Sunday with family accompanied by good food and good wine.

Location informale e moderna, menu con pochi piatti ma curati nei dettagli.
Molto buona la lingua, ottimi i fusilloni dove la salsa di peperoni ed il baccalà si sposano magnificamente, ed altrettanto pregevole la zucca al forno con blue cheese; tuttavia c'è un solo dessert sul menu, avrei preferito trovarne un paio.
Servizio rapido, cortese e professionale; prezzi adeguati alla qualità dei piatti.

Wine restaurant that maintains a nice "neighborhood" vibe and offers excellent and refined food and wine without being at all pretentious. They have been on my list of places to try for a long time, I should have come sooner and will definitely be back soon!

Stunning place, few places remain like this in Milan, truly truly artisanal. From food to wines. Clearly it is a hidden place not like all the places in Milan in the more central areas.
I recommend the focaccia with capocollo, the fusillone and if you should still find it, the black pork cutlet accompanied with slices of smoked apple. The end of the world

Vorrei, ma....
Forse serve ancora esperienza. Piatti ambiziosi, ma non eccelsi.
Presentazioni così così. Focaccia con aringhe e burro: focaccia non un granché e, a parte, piattino con pezzetti di aringhe e burro......da comporre.
Sul menù ci sono fusilli con crema di peperoni e olive, arrivano con aggiunta di baccalà (menomale), ma non è scritto in menù.
Conto alto rispetto ai Piatti e al contesto.
Non credo torneremo anche se l'accoglienza non è male.
