A welcoming place just outside Carrara's most beautiful square. The food is top-quality and the desserts are delicious. The service is also excellent. Definitely worth a try!

We had dinner last night, welcomed in a very refined environment where the owner spent himself in a very professional and accurate description of the meat offer and guided us in the best choice. Very high quality meat with an excellent price balance! I recommend a stop to all lovers of good meat!

We had the pleasure of dining at Merope’s SteakHouse in Carrara and were thoroughly impressed! The meat was incredibly tender, literally melting in your mouth, and each dish was a true masterpiece of taste. The quality of the ingredients is immediately evident: fresh meat, carefully selected, impeccably prepared. It is clear that behind each dish there is passion, expertise and a genuine love for cooking. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed, and the owners… simply fantastic! I took a delivery which was amazing!! The service via telephone was fantastic along with the food. The best burger in the area, if not one of the best burgers I have ever eaten . Five stars for sure

Ristorante molto bello ed accogliente. Abbiamo pranzato il primo maggio fuori si stava benissimo. Antipasto buonissimo e particolare carne morbida e succosa dolci della casa fantastici.

Innanzitutto grazie per essere aperti la sera di Pasqua dove in pochissimi lo hanno fatto. Poi passiamo alla ciccia: tutto promosso a pieni voti cominciando dalla tartare burger di Chianina,proseguendo per la tagliata di filetto sempre di Chianina e finendo per il gioco di cinque sapori per dieci battute al coltello. Personale squisito e carta dei vini estesa. See you!!!
