Used one of the various and well-equipped meeting rooms apart from the poor telephone connection nothing to complain about always ready and attentive

The room (Junior suite) was spacious and clean. Beds as always very comfortabel. Breakfast and restaurant super! And the most important thing... the staff is so friendly and helpfull which makes us feel very welcome!

It's ok. Far from the center of Rome. Don't book a taxi with them because they will overcharge you.

I spent some nights here and it has been comfy and cozy. Location isn't the best if you travel with public transport. If you have a car then is more than fine

The room is spacious and cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Friendly staff. But the hair dryer is a defeat ☹️.

There are no problems with the hotel. Door opening/closing and power supply response is a little slow. Also, for some reason, the drain in the bathroom (where water flows) is below? next? I was curious to hear people's voices (this time it sounded like it was in Chinese, but if you speak the same language, you can understand what they're saying). It was my first experience hearing the voices coming from the drain rather than the wall. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can also speak English. If you exit the hotel and walk straight to the right (there are several crosswalks along the way), you can reach Carrefour in about 20 minutes.

I was invited by colleagues to lunch in the Mercure Hotel restaurant and I didn't imagine so many people coming from the offices. I went back yesterday because I found a comfortable environment and the possibility of eating a delicious carbonara. I will come back again to try their salads which look really tasty. Fast service and honest account...

I went for an aperitif at the Mercure in Spinaceto, after an excellent gin and tonic I wanted to stop for dinner since the Inter-Barcelona match had started. In addition to a very fast and attentive service and an elegant and welcoming environment, I tasted a remarkable cut of beef served on a platter with potatoes and chicory, both delicious. The restaurant manager paired me with a very perfect Rosso di Montefalco but above all he proved to be very sensitive about celiac disease. He let me end the dinner with a cheese cake specially made without the biscuit. I mean, I don't know how long they've been cooking this way but I'm sorry I didn't make this beautiful discovery sooner!!

Il ristorantye è ubicato proprio all'interno del bellissimo Hotel Mercure. L'ambiente è molto elegante e ricercato. La cucina che volevamo provare perchè pensavamo buonissima è in realtà molto ricercata, ma molto deludente (molto fumo e poco arrosto). Come antipasto abbiamo preso il millefoglie di melanzana con bufala, pomodoro, salsa di parmigiano e basilico cristallizzato. Ben impiattato , ma non all'altezza del locale. Poi il risotto Colosseo con zabbaione allo zafferano, polvere di carbone, ristretto di guancia, tartufo e pecorino. Piatto talmente pesante che dopo qualche forchettata risultava stomachevole. Invece ottimo e croccante il fritto di calamari e gamberi con verdure pastellate. Il servizio è molto gentile e professionale. Per quanto attiene al conto, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
