Room 261. The room overlooks a road where high-speed vehicles pass all night. The noise is annoying and constant. Earplugs are highly recommended.
The breakfast is excellent.
The rooms are dated and furnished with cheap furniture.
The common areas are spacious and well-kept.

I had the opportunity to visit the Mercure Roma West hotel during an exhibition hosted there, so I didn't have the opportunity to appreciate its quality and services.
The hotel, however, seemed welcoming, very well-maintained, tidy, and clean. Well... a good calling card!

We had a great stay at the Mercure in Rome. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The welcome was truly excellent: friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The underground garage is a real plus, especially when you come by car. Honestly, an excellent hotel that we recommend without hesitation!

I'm a little sad to give this hotel only three stars, because it honestly has so much potential. However, there are several aspects that need improvement.
On a very positive note, the service is impeccable. The entire staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and willing to help at all times. They are also fluent in several languages, so we were able to communicate perfectly in English and Spanish. They even offered us recommendations and were attentive to every detail.
Now, the points we didn't like:
The room, although a spacious suite with two bathrooms, was poorly soundproofed. At night, we could hear cars, motorcycles, and even the garbage truck, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was a disappointment. At first glance, it seemed varied, but most of the items were cold, as if they had just come out of the refrigerator, and the desserts seemed old or frozen. Even the scrambled or fried eggs were cold.
Dinner also didn't meet our expectations. With half-board, you're given a sheet to choose two dishes from about ten options (drinks are not included). The salads and cheese plate were good, but we didn't like the pasta, meat, and chicken dishes at all. In retrospect, we don't recommend paying for food if you're staying here.
Finally, the website where we booked stated that the hotel had a pool and wellness area. Before we went, we wrote to confirm and were informed that these facilities had been discontinued for some time. A real shame.
Overall, we're giving it 3 stars more for the excellent staff than for the facilities or the food. With a few improvements, this hotel could be truly fantastic.

Comfortable room and usual features for this chain of hotels but accor membership profile somehow not transfered to the hotel even when the booking was made through the Accor app. So most of ALL benefits for a platinum accor member were not available..

Nice quiet place near the international airport, a good option for one night. Restaurant with some nice dishes if you don’t have time to leave the hotel. Free of charge parking inside the building and some available spots in front of the hotel (but in this option the staff doesn’t recommend leaving the luggage inside the car). The only downside is the gym is only open from 8am to 8pm.
