All staff is very kind and helpful. They have taken really good care of me during my stay. In addition, Nicola, the bartender, has run an extra mile to introduce me to local wines and offerings. I will certainly be back. Thanks all!

Everything was good. Large room, good breakfast. Just 2 suggestions: baguette-type bread, which we only had on the last day, and something non-slip in the bathtub.

Close to the station which is very convenient when travelling by public transport. The front desk works swiftly and friendly. The rooms are quiet and the window can fully open! Due to energy policy from the local government cooling is not allowed until somewhere in May but with a fully open window it was good. Breakfast was good and sufficient but not top class. (1/2 a star less) Cappuccino is made up on order and is good. Also a nice outside terrace which is a great part of the day in the shadow of the building. In summer perfectly fine but in spring it would be nice. Everything in the city is on walking distance and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It's a good place to stay when visiting Bologna for a reasonable price.

Stylish, modern hotel right next to the train station. The main square Piazza Maggiore is 1.6 km and 22 minutes walk away. The room was clean and well cleaned, but a bit worn. The air conditioning didn't work the first few days, but then it started. Cozy courtyard terrace. Good breakfast. Excellent service, especially Giulia and Christian at the reception were nice and helpful, everything was arranged.

Staffs are very helpful. The room is ok, not excellent. I still love this hotel. The location is perfect right in front of the train station. You can leave the luggages at the front too.

We stayed at UNAHOTELS in Bologna and overall had a mixed experience. One of the main highlights was the breakfast, which offered a very wide variety of options. It was actually one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. The location is also very convenient, right next to the central train station, making it ideal for day trips (like Florence) and for easy access to the Marconi Express to the airport. However, the room did not meet our expectations. The pillows were not comfortable, and the overall level of cleanliness was not what we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bathroom, in particular, needs attention, it was very slippery, which felt quite unsafe, and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet area. It also seems like the bathroom would benefit from renovation. In general, the room feels like it needs refurbishment, and cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel has a fairly good location, right across from the train station, which makes it very convenient for transportation. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent rich, varied The rooms were decent and comfortable overall. My main issue was with the bathroom the bathtub was quite slippery, which made it feel a bit unsafe when using it. This was the only real downside during our stay. Also, the hotel does not provide slippers, so it’s a good idea to bring your own.

Clean and comfy hotel. Super close to train station and 5-10 mins walk to city center. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Great place to stay overall.

Una Hotel is an absolute pleasure to stay in. We were only there for one night, but the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, which made the stay really enjoyable. It is also very handy, being right next to the station. I would definitely consider staying there again. Thank you.

Very good location right next to the city's central station. About 20 minutes walk to the city's central square. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant employees are very helpful! The rooms are nice and generally clean. They miss a few details.
