The Silano Market is a must-try! Fresh, authentic produce, flavor, kindness, professionalism, good food, and culture. The market is all of this. We were inside, five of us, and we tried the cured meats and cheeses, requesting a platter for five, and we were well-pleased. We tried the mpacchiuse potatoes with two different flavors, and words can't describe them; they're a must-try. We added a portion of fried meatballs, different from what I'm used to, but still very tasty. To finish, there was a sandwich with a choice of meat for everyone, and here too, with fresh mushrooms, sausage, sauces, and everything else, the 5 stars are well-deserved. We'll definitely be returning. The prices aren't low, but they're not outrageous either; you pay for quality and professionalism. Oh, and I forgot, the craft beer is fantastic.

The Silano Market is a truly unique place in Camigliatello. Here you can taste the authentic flavors of the Sila: cured meats, cheeses, porcini mushrooms, truffles, and perfectly cooked local meats. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, exuding tradition and passion for local products. An authentic experience definitely worth trying.

Without a doubt, the best dinner we've had since arriving in Calabria. Actually, calling it a "restaurant" is an understatement: Mercato Silano is a unique, original, authentic, and picturesque place, beautifully and efficiently managed. We had two first courses, two second courses, and a dessert: everything was unforgettable, authentic, and rich in flavor. The service was excellent, with a kindness from the staff that truly deserves to be highlighted. Even the bathrooms were clean and welcoming, which is not a given. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a real surprise! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. You can eat, drink, or simply buy local products at very reasonable prices!

A market selling typical Calabrian products, offering several pre-made menus. Start with a platter of mixed cured meats at the delicatessen, followed by pasta dishes and sandwiches, but the real star is the excellent quality grilled Sila beef. Prices are a bit high, but justified by the freshness and quality of the produce. Wandering among the various stalls, you can truly breathe in the authentic Calabrian atmosphere, making for a pleasant and authentic dining experience.

A welcoming and friendly place, the name does justice to the atmosphere, in the good sense of the word, the food is good quality with prices that aren't exactly cheap but it's worth it, various menu combinations and fairly fast service, I would go back.

Ristorante molto originale soprattutto per quanto riguarda la location che permette di gustare prodotti tipici calabresi in un ambiente che ricrea la piazza di un mercato rionale. Personale gentile e professionale. Cucina semplice e genuina. Ottimi gli ingredienti. Specialità patate, salumi e carne grigliata. Consigliato!
