a small fresh produce market just out of the city centre. more of a produce market than a food market but worth a look around. some good food stop just off the market for lunch if needing. generally worth a quick trip over to have a nose around.

Nicely decorated, clean market, beautiful and fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses and prosciutto. a couple of bakeries, well supplied. The prices are fine, nothing lower or higher than in other places. It is located in the city. It's easy to find.

08/12/2025: A unique place... Great Piero. Fantastic staff, wonderful menu....
07/12/2025: This restaurant offers both pizza and fish, both of which are top-quality. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, very good and easy to digest. The fish is always fresh. The service is also excellent, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended for large groups, as the restaurant is very spacious.

08/11/2025: A lovely spot in a busy square, close to the university. We found it by chance, and honestly, both the service and the food were fantastic.
06/11/2025: A popular venue for post-graduation aperitifs and refreshments for Bologna students. It offers reasonably priced carafes of alcohol, platters, tigelle, and gnocco fritto.
