Really friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Very good offer, with local specialties linked to tradition. Precisely for this reason we could do without including ventricina in the menu, geographically less close to the gastronomic reality of the area or, at least, review its presentation on the plate (the very thin cut proposed does not do justice to an undoubtedly excellent product , but which for this very reason cannot be fully appreciated).
