Dinner for two: Tasting menu. Various courses, all excellent: marinated salmon with chicory and cheese, creamed cod on polenta, Alba-style tartare, rice cake with guinea fowl ragù, stewed pork cheek, tiramisu. All delicious. Knowledgeable and knowledgeable staff, above all very friendly. Definitely worth trying again.

It's truly a charming place. You see reviews from many years ago, and they're very positive. They're true. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Top-notch cleanliness. Tablecloths, napkins, glasses... everything impeccable. And I must add that I often have stomach problems when I eat out, but at this restaurant, I've never had anything bad happen, which demonstrates the exquisite care and respect for the cold chain and preservation of products. This is very important to me. I live in Spain for work and I'm Spanish, but my husband is Italian and lives in the region, and he introduced me to this restaurant. Every time I return to Italy, I ask him to reserve a table for us to eat at Da Vittorio. I especially love Il Fruti di Mare! Thank you!

I've been frequenting this restaurant since the last century, and there's a reason for that. The menu offers four or five options per course, and some dishes have remained unchanged over the years. I can't get enough of the Alba-style raw meat, which is presented in a variety of ways. Both meat and seafood first and second courses are available, and every dish is meticulously crafted, from the individual ingredients to the final presentation. The bread, oil, and vinegar are not random, the coffee selection is meticulous, and every detail is carefully crafted. Vittorio is a profound wine connoisseur and a very affable restaurateur. In the kitchen, his sister and son contribute to creating the various delicacies, and Maria is always attentive to what's happening at the tables. I think it's clear that I'm always happy to return here!
