It's truly a charming place. You see reviews from many years ago, and they're very positive. They're true. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Top-notch cleanliness. Tablecloths, napkins, glasses... everything impeccable. And I must add that I often have stomach problems when I eat out, but at this restaurant, I've never had anything bad happen, which demonstrates the exquisite care and respect for the cold chain and preservation of products. This is very important to me. I live in Spain for work and I'm Spanish, but my husband is Italian and lives in the region, and he introduced me to this restaurant. Every time I return to Italy, I ask him to reserve a table for us to eat at Da Vittorio. I especially love Il Fruti di Mare! Thank you!

I've been frequenting this restaurant since the last century, and there's a reason for that. The menu offers four or five options per course, and some dishes have remained unchanged over the years. I can't get enough of the Alba-style raw meat, which is presented in a variety of ways. Both meat and seafood first and second courses are available, and every dish is meticulously crafted, from the individual ingredients to the final presentation. The bread, oil, and vinegar are not random, the coffee selection is meticulous, and every detail is carefully crafted. Vittorio is a profound wine connoisseur and a very affable restaurateur. In the kitchen, his sister and son contribute to creating the various delicacies, and Maria is always attentive to what's happening at the tables. I think it's clear that I'm always happy to return here!

The place is very beautiful, but above all, the food is exquisite, and ambiance and quality don't always go hand in hand. Here, they do. During the week, there's also the option of a fixed-price lunch menu.

Spectacular risotto! I'm back again and I confirm and add, kindness and excellent value for money!

I would first like to highlight some of the features that make this restaurant excellent. 1) both in the kitchen and in the dining room there is young staff, very prepared and motivated to do their job well. 2) the dining room is furnished in an elegant but sober way. You can talk well, there is enough space for the service, the aesthetic choices are nice. 3) the raw materials used in the kitchen are of excellent quality. 4) on the menu you can choose between four appetizers, four first courses, four second courses and three desserts. the choice is more than sufficient and is synonymous with the quality of the dishes that are offered. That said, we were able to taste the egg tagliolini with egg cream, parmesan and black truffle, the cannellini puree with squid, so soft that they crumble in the mouth, the boiled seafood, sublime in its simplicity, the marinated cod, decidedly tasty, also combined with wholemeal bread. The choice of spirits and coffees is particular and wide. If I had to give a single small suggestion for improvement, I would try to review the wine list, both in terms of the number of labels and the explanation of the grape varieties. But this is little compared to the excellence of the rest. Well done!!!

I have been to this restaurant and I had a good time. Friendly and well-prepared staff, good and well-presented food. The dishes I liked were the ravioli and the lamb toast.

Rivisitato con moglie e figlio a mezzodi. Riconfermato alla grande, con la consueta maestria del titolare, mai pressante e discreto, con i tempi giusti. Piatti ben presentati, solita eccellenza delle materie prime; antipasto di carne all'albese, con cipolla tropea , capperi e sentore di torlo d'uovo ....moltooo buono! Guancia di maiale stufata che si scioglieva in bocca....altro mondo.... Ho voluto terminare con un desueto pane burro marmellata....semplice e superbo...bei tempi andati. Vino Roero consigliato dal Maestro titolare.... Ok. Gli altri commensali hanno assaggiato pasta agli asparagi , ombrina, agnello ..tutto ricercato e ottimo. La filosofia vincente e' sempre quella: pochi piatti, materie prime eccellenti, cotture accurate, servizio impeccabile. Una vera garanzia.

Cena 8 marzo festa della donna. Ambiente curato e soft con presenza personale discreta. Il titolare è pronto, non pressante, assolutamente grande esperto di vini. Tartar con topinanbour saporita che si scioglie in bocca. Ossobuco con risotto che mi ha stupito per la bontà e anche per la quantità. Dalle recensioni si parlava di porzioni ridotte..alla faccia! Assolutamente da ripetere al cambio menù...
