The unexpected surprise. The fregola was truly exceptional. Sardinian cuisine, made with care, attention to detail, and quality ingredients. Prices are absolutely in line with what's on offer, and the service is attentive, professional, yet never aloof. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations. I'll also try Piccola Calanca in the Città Studi area.

I went for dinner a few days ago, accompanied by a friend who had always raved about it. We'd never had the opportunity to try it, and the evening turned out to be perfect, especially since we were joined by another friend I hadn't seen in a while: we really wanted a comfortable place and cuisine that would surprise us. I must say we were completely satisfied with the excellent service we received, both in terms of the welcome and the quality of the dishes. I started with a Catalan-style shrimp appetizer, fresh and well-balanced, and then continued with a plate of tagliolini with burrata and shrimp, truly a delight. The fish was incredibly fresh, you could taste it right away. We finished with a sorbet and some bitters: a perfect finish. The friendliness of the service was uncommon: the staff was discreet, precise, attentive, and competent in recommending our preferences. In short, we had the evening we'd dreamed of. Congratulations to the entire staff.
