Menabrea In Biella

If you are in the wonderful city of Biella, be sure to visit this wonderful establishment! And if you are lucky and the menu includes veal cheeks "giannetta di vitello brasata" cooked in wine and chocolate, then you are the same "lucky" person as I was just now! Extremely delicious!

Let me put it simply: if a Michelin-starred chef needs a place to eat, enjoy his cuisine, and, of course, drink beer that's not only delicious but also drafted as the "god of drafts" demands, there's no doubt: Menabrea Biella Birrificio is his restaurant. The chef in the kitchen is highly professional, his menu offerings are surprising, and his ingredients are incredibly simple. From sandwiches that would make even the most prestigious pub jealous, to off-menu dishes, there's never a mistake. The dining room is staffed by two excellent professionals whose promptness, precision, and expertise make your time here extremely enjoyable. The restaurant, housed in the old brewery spaces (the current one is upstairs, next door, and downstairs; you're immersed in beer and its history), is welcoming and spotlessly clean, but without the smell of cleaning products. I hope it never changes; in fact, yes: only for the better. But these guys are truly talented! CONGRATULATIONS. Prices: from just over ten euros to whatever you want. And, in the evening, I think they also have a pizzeria.

Excellent restaurant, pizzeria, and beer hall. You can enjoy starters and main courses, grilled meats, pizza, and excellent sandwiches and burgers. They serve Menabrea beers, and you can purchase their own beers. Recommended.

The lady who served us was very friendly and kind. We had the off-menu ribs with barbecue sauce and the tagliata, which was more generous than at other places, but both were very good. The desserts were also worth it.

Excellent place to eat in Biella for a business lunch. I liked the good selection of beers and the wide selection of appetizers and entrees featuring local meats, cheeses, and cured meats. The atmosphere is casual, and the restaurant is housed in a former brewery building. There's plenty of parking nearby.

Being close to Biella, we decided to try this place, which surprised us with its food, atmosphere, and, of course, excellent beer. Reservations recommended.
