Suggestive and characteristic environment. Kind and punctual staff. Sliced ​​Fassona steak from "God" 😇 If I really had to make a comment... the grilled vegetables are a little expensive (5 euros instead of 7 would be the best, but it's just a suggestion of further courtesy). In any case, fantastic place. I recommend it.

Nice place and good food. The problem is that when you enter you have to make smoke signals before someone takes you into account (they didn't take me into account for 10 minutes and in the end I had to stop someone on purpose when some customers went to pay!). No welcome greeting like good morning from any of the staff almost as if it was obvious that people come to the pub. I don't know. Really rude. The same can be said for one of the waitresses who takes the orders without even saying Hello and hinting at a smile. A note of merit only goes to the older waitress who had a more benevolent expression. The mix of mixed cheeses and the first courses were good. Average sandwiches where I expected them to be the majority offered with a Guinness-style beer sauce in Ireland. Nice place as a location. The loud music is annoying. I wouldn't go back

Locale vicino alla fabbrica e al museo della birra, naturalmente... Simpatica la cameriera che ci ha servito, è stata molto attenta alle nostre richieste! I taglieri di lardo e quello misto, sono stati molto apprezzati. I secondi forse un pò meno, l'hamburger era giusto di cottura, l'esterno aveva la cottura media come l'interno, avrei gradito un pò più di crosticina, tagliandolo si sbriciolava, non del tutto soddisfacente il tris di filetti. Molto buono il bunet.

Grande curiosità, avendo già provato altri pub/ristoranti di produttori di birra. Locale molto accogliente, accanto alla fabbrica e al museo, una tipica birreria che la sera e nel weekend si riempie di gente. Proposte tipiche della zona, soprattutto sui primi. Molta carne e tantissimi panini che variano principalmente per il peso dell'hamburger scelto. Ovviamente birre di produzione proprio e anche nei dolci la si può trovare. Negli antipasti qualche contaminazione estera. Servizio simpatico e molto gentile.

13/05/2025: Wonderful pastry shop, full of excellent local products, made with skill and care. The traditional torcetti are excellent as are all the specialties offered. Very kind and courteous staff. Also worth a visit is the new museum on the history of the business that makes you understand once again where the quality comes from.

21/06/2025: April 2025 We are back, Franco and his sisters confirm our previous opinion, today we also discovered the cherry liqueur they produce, excellent! We will return again and again. October 2024 A beautiful trattoria in this historic square of "Biella alta", the owners are very welcoming and the products used in the kitchen are of excellent quality and at the right price, the quality is found on the palate during the meal. Well-executed dishes accompanied by excellent wine to choose from a well-stocked list. Our dachshund friend was also welcomed like never before, not even in starred restaurants, with a cushion, mat and fresh water dedicated only to him. Also not to be missed is the tasting of torcetti (ancient recipe) We will definitely return, the restaurant is located in a ZTL, but there is a large car park served by a lift or you can go up with the funicular.
31/05/2025: We received a wonderful welcome. It's a family-run restaurant. One of the owner's sisters translated everything for us and explained the dishes, which was a real treat for us. The wine was very good and well recommended. The food was very, very good, seasonal, with excellent flavors and seasonings. The dishes are just like my grandmother's, the service changed with each course, and served on a small silver tray with small placemats. The terrace was very pleasant, peaceful under the arcades. You have to wander inside because it's very unique and beautifully decorated, and the restrooms were very clean. Thank you for this lovely experience, a wonderful discovery, go there with your eyes closed.
