I always gladly come back to this place. Nothing to say. All very good. Excellent processing of the raw material. Qualified and attentive staff. I recommend trying everything, both the pizzoli and the pizza, first courses and desserts. You will be satisfied. There is thought, study and innovation in every dish.

Memento 7 is my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend it to anyone and every dish is designed to perfection. Even the simplest pizzas will seem gourmet and your taste buds will dance with joy with every bite, as well as your body which, if you're like me, will respond by humming and dancing in celebration. For the first courses, the pasta with pistachio and prawns is a must to try and for which I personally ordered an encore. This evening we went "light" after the holidays with a deviled pizza and the secret forest pizzolo. For the pizzolo perhaps I would have changed the cut of the mushrooms making them smaller and tastier but it's a personal taste... The pizza alla diavola is different from any other place because the sweetness of the tomato and the scent of the basil which washes away the spiciness leaving a sense of freshness infuse the dish with a rare and satisfying completeness. The desserts were also excellent, the white chocolate dome fresh and with an excellent contrast between the sweetness of the chocolate and the pungency of the raspberries. The caprese (chocolate and almond cake with black cherry ice cream) is fabulous for those who love chocolate. The service, as always, was fast and impeccable despite the crowded evening. Dining here is always a beautiful experience, my favorite waitress is Vanessa, kind, polite, nice and always on point. His professionalism is as commendable as that of all his colleagues. Thanks to all the staff for making every evening special and for always striving to offer a 💯 service

Beautiful evening, super recommended

Our host at Bedndesign recommended this restaurant and were glad she did. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Josephine and Damian. They were very patient and explained the dishes to us. We had a pasta dish with eggplant and it was delicious and very well presented.

Prachtig restaurant in Floridia, we werden hartelijk ontvangen en konden moeilijk kiezen uit de goede keus van gerechten. Toen kwam Josephine met een geweldige schaal vis, waar we ook nog uit konden kiezen. We aten een heerlijke caponata en tonijntartaar vooraf en een gegrilde vis, die we met z’n tweeën deelden. Helaas geen ruimte meer voor een toetje, maar een heerlijke avond gehad. Het werd erg druk met duidelijk lokale mensen, dat is altijd een goed teken.
