Posto elegante e buon servizio, la cucina è un poco pretenziosa ed il prezzo milanese. Ottima materia prima ed eccellenti le melanzane ma forse andrebbero valorizzate come tali. Il costo un poco eccessivo.

Ho provato il ristorante. Bello l’allestimento e molto carina la terrazza interna. Propone piatti siciliani in parte rivisitati. Molto buona la pasta aglio e olio con bottarga su tartare di pesce. Personale disponile ed educato. Prezzi medio alti (per essere a Floridia). Non ho potuto provare i dolci, sarà per la prossima volta. Sicuramente consigliato. Si sono persi nel portarci il conto, che abbiamo dovuto aspettare per un bel po’.

Very good but a little expensive

An unexpected surprise in the town of Floridia. A gourmet gem. Inside a restaurant with great attention to design, the super-trained, young and extremely professional staff explained and served us delicious dishes (even the wines!). The thing we appreciated most was the meeting between Sicilian tradition and the innovation of the dishes. As an appetizer we had the mixed fry, the parmigiana revisited with tuna and some meatballs, all top. Next we had pasta alla norma, paccheri with pistachio and red prawns (raw and really fresh) and stuffed squid with soy sauce, really good and special. Excellent value for money, we are at high level restaurant levels and we paid little for what we ate and for the service, around 150 euros for 4. Absolutely worth trying!

We had dinner at this restaurant. The rooms are very beautiful, large, bright and tastefully furnished. Friendly staff but unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes just to order even though the rooms were not full and crowded. The first fish courses were very disappointing, the pizza overall decent.
