We go there every year because it is an exceptional place for the goodness of the food and the courtesy of the service.

Wow, what a delicious place! Coming from Norway we are used to a very high fish and seafood quality. But this restaurant really surprised us. The oysters were some of the best we have ever eaten. But also the regular meals like seafood, pizza and and pizzoli were outstanding. And the recommended local wines like Nero d'Avola, Grillo, ... were a tasty pleasure. The layout is cozy and inviting with a friendly and professional stuff. We will definitely come back here again.

I love good pizza, for this very reason I often don't eat it because too many times I am disappointed by the cooking, quality of the ingredients and dough... the same goes for desserts, I love those with a delicate flavour, not excessive and not too sugary, unfortunately usually unobtainable. This place was a discovery for me... delicious pizzas: light dough, excellent quality ingredients and perfect cooking. The same goes for desserts! The first time I ate a slice of chocolate, cocoa and almond cake, with a warm heart, accompanied by fiordilatte ice cream... sublime! The second time we ordered takeaway from the house of a friend of ours who lives in Floridia... the delivery took place about 15 minutes after the order, the pizzas arrived hot and this time for dessert we chose the "tiramisud" with ricotta instead of mascarpone and decaf instead of coffee. Everything delicious! Oh I forgot... congratulations also for the service, staff not only polite and welcoming but also prepared and available for any requests and explanations on the various dishes.

per provare i dolci, e non posso che confermare la mia opinione. Con l’occasione ho ripreso anche la pasta con la bottarga su tartare di pesce, che consiglio vivamente. Adesso occorre tornare per provare la pizza.

I am Italian and I have been living in Malta for 5 years. Every time I go to Sicily I try to organize the trip so as to visit Santi (and dad) at least once. I gave 5 stars for both food, service and ambience. What can I say, more?
