A small trattoria where the food is the star! A menu with just a few dishes, but where the focus is on the raw ingredients, as well as the execution! (They bronze-draw the pasta themselves, for example) Congratulations! It was a very pleasant evening!

Discovered by chance, this Hosteria is truly worth a visit. The dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The supplì are the best I've ever had, the pasta with clams is spectacular, and the octopus millefeuille is a perfect balance of flavors. Not to be missed!

When you drive down the bumpy roads and look at the slightly shoddy buildings in the area you don't expect such a gem of a restaurant. The hostess of the restaurant was most pleasant with a true passion for the food they serve. The food is simply delicious. If you go here help yourself to a four course meal and you will definitely have a good time.

With my work group, we wanted to have lunch outside on Easter Monday. I relied on the website of the best taverns in the Acilia area and I must say that Noemi was fantastic!! The welcome was excellent, the food was excellent, the service was top notch, the rooms were welcoming. 14/10/2025: Perfect way to end our Roman family trip. Excellent food and service.
26/09/2025: Small but perfectly formed bistro where Chef Golino shows how inventive Roman food is done, well. My eggplant parmesan was crisp on the edges, smooth and creamy in the middle with a tart bite from the rich tomato sauce, topped with fresh and very melty mozzarella. A lava flow of deliciousness. For my Primi I tried their most popular dish and it did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked tagliolini pasta with sweet chunks of fresh prawn confit. The sauce brought the two together with buttery earthy magic. There was much more on the menu that I want to try, this was a very good meal. Recommended, well worth a trip up to Monteverde to sample this excellent restaurant. Make a reservation though!
