My wife and I had dinner and had a great time. From the puff pastries with pecorino cream to mussels and pecorino supplì, spaghetti with butter and anchovies, meatballs with sauce, rabbit hunter style and finishing with tozzetti and tarallucci with wine it was a whirlwind on the palate. We will be back to try more...BACK AND I WILL BE BACK. Always a confirmation

Meme all my life! Finally a trattoria hostaria tavern in Acilia!!! you can eat like grandma's!! I have never eaten supplì (plain with mussels in the centre) which are very light, not greasy and have an amazing flavour. Spectacular homemade pasta, truly spectacular! I took fettuccine with artichokes and pecorino cream and it was perfectly cooked, it was creamy, seasoned and blended divinely. Pork cheek which, as it is soft, can be cut without a knife. A bow to the meatballs. The side dishes are all good. Delicious and organic house wine, but truly organic! There were several of us and we tasted various dishes on the menu and everyone was satisfied. I also recommend the homemade gentian at the end of the meal. Noemi and her father Guglielmo in the dining room are fantastic hosts and a round of applause to Stefano in the kitchen who shows how much he loves his profession with the search for sublime raw materials and mastery of all cooking techniques. A good tavern, it has a menu that is even a little more daring than the standard Roman tavern. Unfortunately however my experience here was tarnished by the terrible service, I hope it was a thing of the day I went and normally they are not like that. I arrive at the table 15 minutes early and while I was waiting for the other diners they didn't even bring me a bit of water, Very slow service, the kitchen had stalled, 45 minutes must have passed between the starter and the first course, they got the wrong dishes, one if they were really forgotten. Furthermore, the room manager, who was alone, was visibly in difficulty and stressed, I'm sorry because she was also nice. I would like to go back to see if it was just an isolated case, because the food is good guys.

I ate well, well, I felt that the ingredients were of excellent quality. The place is small, it can't accommodate many people but this is precisely why the chef manages to pamper his customers!

Excellent restaurant, typical Roman cuisine. If the intention is to rediscover the flavors of the past then you are in the right place. Stefano Scozzese is a guarantee. Fair prices and excellent quality of raw materials. Highly recommended

Questo ristorante legato alla tradizione ma con creatività e’ veramente una scoperta . La sola cosa che ci dispiace e’ di non aver potuto assaggiare tutto !!!! Ma torneremo per farlo . Cirioletta, sformato di patate e scatola, tortino di cavolfiore …: top . Buona la carta dei vini e finalmente un posto che propone prevalentemente liquori artigianali !!!! Genziana top ! Bravi non vi perdete ! Noi sicuramente torneremo per provare il resto del menu ! Bravi
