A true Roman! A place to try dishes like Rigatoni con Pajata (hard to find anymore), all beautifully made. A decent selection of Lazio wines and excellent value. The lady is a true, kind and welcoming host. I'd install some acoustic panels; when it's busy, it's too loud, but it's okay.

Quality, friendliness and reasonable prices

A small trattoria where the food is the star! A menu with just a few dishes, but where the focus is on the raw ingredients, as well as the execution! (They bronze-draw the pasta themselves, for example) Congratulations! It was a very pleasant evening!

Discovered by chance, this Hosteria is truly worth a visit. The dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The supplì are the best I've ever had, the pasta with clams is spectacular, and the octopus millefeuille is a perfect balance of flavors. Not to be missed!

When you drive down the bumpy roads and look at the slightly shoddy buildings in the area you don't expect such a gem of a restaurant. The hostess of the restaurant was most pleasant with a true passion for the food they serve. The food is simply delicious. If you go here help yourself to a four course meal and you will definitely have a good time.
