Questo ristorante legato alla tradizione ma con creatività e’ veramente una scoperta . La sola cosa che ci dispiace e’ di non aver potuto assaggiare tutto !!!! Ma torneremo per farlo . Cirioletta, sformato di patate e scatola, tortino di cavolfiore …: top . Buona la carta dei vini e finalmente un posto che propone prevalentemente liquori artigianali !!!! Genziana top ! Bravi non vi perdete ! Noi sicuramente torneremo per provare il resto del menu ! Bravi

Excellent restaurant, typical Roman cuisine. If the intention is to rediscover the flavors of the past then you are in the right place. Stefano Scozzese is a guarantee. Fair prices and excellent quality of raw materials. Highly recommended

20/12/2024: Excellent for eating a quick and tasty dish of street food, without the queues at the other stands in the Central Market... The daily offerings vary quite a bit and the staff is very friendly. I recommend meatballs or parmigiana with aubergines as fillings for the trapizzino
12/12/2024: I went to the Central Market to eat during my lunch break with some colleagues. The environment is certainly crowded but well kept and ideal for a lunch break. The plus is the great variety of foods that can be bought from local retailers. Medium-high prices, but probably justified given the area.

Macelleria Bisteccheria Ulivieri

29/11/2024: I have been to this place 2/3 times, to buy meat, excellent selection and quality of the product.
28/10/2024: If you want to eat real meat, well choose Ulivieri! A rustic steakhouse with authentic flavors and TOP meat! As the two of us, we opted for a small appetizer of kebabs with a splendid flavor and two bruschettas with sausage. Then a portion of filleted scottona... What can I say, a delicacy that can only be understood here. Followed by a very sweet cabbage! Excellent welcome, thanks to the staff who were able to advise us! We'll be back, but above all I recommend booking!
