We had dinner 2 evenings during our stay, the pizzas are excellent, the pasta dishes are much more elaborate and excellent.
The boss and the waiter are very friendly.

Satisfying experience, beautiful location on the ground floor, a little more informal on the first floor.
Discreet food with new and particular combinations.
We found some dishes without that 5 star boost but all good overall.

If you are looking for an excellent culinary experience in Torre a Mare (BA), I can only recommend the Meltemi restaurant. The freshness of the ingredients is in the foreground: the swordfish carpaccio and the tuna tartare were an absolute delight.
Among the first courses, the linguine with mussels and orange clams stand out, an explosion of refined flavours, and the spaghetti with red prawns, which I would define as simply sublime.
Special praise also goes to the service: courteous, attentive and always available staff.
A restaurant that best represents the hospitality and quality of Apulian cuisine. Absolutely worth trying!
