Melchiò In Furore

We are from South Korea and have travel to Amalfi, visit this restaurant for our dinner. Everyone was so kind and made us happy from the entrance. Chef's food was just ‘fantastic’!!!!!! I love this place and chef, also every workers! Perfect restaurant for me ever❤️

Perfect dining experience! Everything from the owner, the waitress, the food and the atmosphere, this was one of the most memorable meals we had in 16 days in Italy! We did it right down the menu with Scallops as the appetizer, then shared the 1st course and the each ordered our own 2nd courses. Each stage of the food was perfection and you could get a sense that this is going to be a special meal right from the start with the appetizer. I'm not a wine drinker so the owner suggested a type of lemon soda they have and it was served with a slice of orange 🍊... I loved it and ordered another... it's like he knew me better than I know myself. The sauces on each protein were smoothly blended with all the flavors working together in harmony! Beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast doesn't hurt either! On the way out I told him I would write a review so here it is a day later I highly recommend taking the time to dine here as you won't regret it. My wife and I both agreed this was the meal of the entire trip!

Wonderful place! Very elegant dining environment with very delicious food. The service is warm and attentive. The restaurant kindly provided us with taxi services. It was definitely an unforgettable dining experience, strongly recommend!

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, genuine, and truly exceptional. The food? Absolutely delicious—so much so that we went back a second time during our trip because we just couldn’t resist! Every dish was full of flavor, and the desserts were spot on. What made it even more special was the personal touch from the owners. They went above and beyond, making us feel at home. That kind of hospitality is rare—we have never experienced anything like it in any other restaurant. This is a place we will always remember. They made my birthday celebration not just a dinner, but a memory to treasure forever. I recommend this restaurant a million percent. Wishing Melchio and Caterina all the success.

We had dinner at Melchiò, a table on the covered terrace, and were greeted with a very friendly welcome. We ordered scampi au gratin and pomfret tempura, both delicious, especially the tempura, which was truly exquisite. For our first course, we had green ravioli with red mullet and its sauce, and a reinterpretation of lasagna. We continued with beef stew and stuffed squid, finishing with a fragrant lemon delight. The dishes were well-crafted, refined, and tasteful, because the eye deserves its share. Delicate and delicious flavors, which we paired with an excellent local wine from the "Marisa Cuomo" winery. We were also offered limoncello, also homemade, and fragrant. The prices were fair for the quality of the fresh fish we tasted and the finesse of the dishes. We had a wonderful time, and when we return to the Amalfi Coast, we will definitely stop at Melchiò again. An excellent experience that I highly recommend.

An excellent hidden gem of a restaurant tucked up in the hillside above the coast with amazing views from the terrace. We had the eggplant cutlet, and the ricotta ravelio and the mixed grill fish, all of which were incredible, especially the mixed grill which was charred to perfection with a nice smoky charcoal taste. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great food and better treatment, nice and profesional atocha the sabe time. They make you feel Italy at its best.

Chef Vito and his wife are lovely, lovely people who took such good care of us. Their wait staff were excellent and wanted the best experience for us as well. We felt like VIPs! The food was incredibly delicious as well as works of art.
