This place exceeded all expectations! ☺️ Amazing food, great service, and I was seated fairly quickly. There might be a waiting line outside, but the staff is very professional and does their best to accommodate everyone as soon as possible. Be patient—it’s worth the wait! 🙏

Fui a desayunar a este lugar gracias a los comentarios en diversas redes, aunque tenía poco tiempo en Florencia y sabiendo que iba al típico brunch de casi cualquier ciudad europea me aventure. Los precios elevados, 1€ de suplemento por la leche de avena es muy exagerado. La comida bastante normal, nada extraordinario. Lo mejor es el babka de pistacho. Atención buena por parte de las camareras.

¡Vaya, la comida aquí es tan deliciosa! Tienen bagels, panqueques, sándwiches abiertos y más. El chai de la casa estaba delicioso, al igual que el rollo de canela. Este lugar es muy popular entre los estudiantes estadounidenses, que llenaban las mesas en la pequeña habitación. Mientras que el personal hablaba inglés e italiano, escuchamos solo el inglés hablado por los clientes. La vitrina de postres tiene tantos deliciosos pasteles y galletas. ¡Repetir cliente!

15/05/2025: We ate some very good burgers, we found a lot of choice and variety. Very good chips. Very welcoming atmosphere, kind and friendly staff. We will be back soon.
11/05/2025: Place found by chance because we were hungry and wanted a good burger. Here we are rewarded. Located on the outskirts of Florence on a busy road, ciccia e crumbi has proven to be a very good hamburger restaurant where you can eat excellent sandwiches made specifically for this purpose. Just the choice of sandwich types is enough. Excellent quality maternal and raw products and delicious potato chips that are different from the usual classic stick chips. Simple but very well set up environment. Very kind staff served us in the room. The only flaw is an extra smile I think of whoever directs them who provided the last star. 😜For the rest we will return. Highly recommended.

21/05/2025: Everything was excellent. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, the location was beautiful, and the service was top-notch, all while not being expensive.
11/05/2025: Having returned after an absence of more than ten years, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that nothing has changed (apart from the new furniture without the board games and less chaotic), the quality of the food is always high and the brunch here remains one of the best in Florence... you cannot book and you have to leave your name and get in the queue, it's worth it ❤️
